I called him to install a new tankless water heater at my house which was the best decision I made among some home projects I had in mind at this time. Andrew provides a very professional service, He explained every single detail that I asked related to the installation of the equipment, did a great improvement on my shower heads and faucets to make sure my expectations of a fast hot and strong jet water wish would come true. What a fantastic service!

This is the 2nd time we have called Sawtell to come help us w/ a plumbing issue. First time was for a kitchen sink that was backed up and now for the bathroom sinks and showers being backed up. Both time they have been amazing! They have stellar customer service, are super knowledgeable and they price fairly! They also give you great tips on how to maintain the plumbing. We will definitely continue using them and will pass the word about them to family and friends.

We've used Sawtell several times, the last being when they repaired a broken drain pipe under our slab in the kitchen. They were so nice, efficient, and their price was very reasonable. They referred us to a wonderful tile guy who replaced the porcelain tile that had to be destroyed in order to get to the leak. We would hire them in a minute. Besides, they're right in our neighborhood!

Probably the most honest and hard working plumber in the area! Andrew quickly troubleshoots the problem and gave us many options in our price range. One thing that I appreciated the most is that he gave us the option for repair or replacement. He clearly explained what he was offering so that we could make a good decision. These guys rocked! They knew what they were doing. They new about my old AC system. They ran a full diagnostic check and even checked everything twice. Found the problem immediately and fixed it right away. Im not gonna lie, I had called about 10 other companies on the top ten google search and everyone was booked for days. He was very professional and courteous. He helped me find a new water heater tank within a couple of hours, helped clean up the water mess in the garage and installed it promptly with even a few extra piping perks.
