This is the 2nd time we have called Sawtell to come help us w/ a plumbing issue. First time was for a kitchen sink that was backed up and now for the bathroom sinks and showers being backed up. Both time they have been amazing! They have stellar customer service, are super knowledgeable and they price fairly! They also give you great tips on how to maintain the plumbing. We've used Sawtell several times, the last being when they repaired a broken drain pipe under our slab in the kitchen. They were so nice, efficient, and their price was very reasonable. They referred us to a wonderful tile guy who replaced the porcelain tile that had to be destroyed in order to get to the leak. We would hire them in a minute. Besides, they're right in our neighborhood!

These guys rocked! They knew what they were doing. They new about my old AC system. They ran a full diagnostic check and even checked everything twice.
