Recommended Customer Reviews

I contacted Savior after receiving a $1600 quote from another company to clean out my sink drainline using a hydrojet process. Savior responded rapidly, fully explained the process and that the end cost would depend on the time involved. The next morning they showed up on time, cleared the line and were gone within an hour. Total bill $300 + the cost of taking my wife out to dinner to celebrate the fact we saved so much money!

I have used Savior Plumbing for two different jobs in the last 3 months. In both cases, their service, professionalism, pricing and customer interactions are nothing less than ideal. I rarely, rarely write a review but when I see the kind of quality Savior provides, I have to speak up! Call this company for your plumbing needs. They are spectacular!

We have used Savior Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for at least the pass 20 years. Outstanding service and very competitively priced. We even get a Seniors discount.
We had three new TOTO toilets installed yesterday. Savior provided the three toilets, brought them to the house, did an excellent installation, cleaned everything up perfectly and hauled away the old toilets. You could not ask for better service. Their price on the toilets was nearly $100 less than Home Depot or Lowes. No charge for disposing the old toilets.
Dave was the installer and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and replaced a metal gasket on all three toilets as the old ones were rusted. He was very clean and neat and the toilets are great. Thank you Dave and thank you Savior Plumbing. You are the best.

I was having an issue with a toilet that kept running and a broken water valve.
I wasn't sure if I would need to replace the whole toilet. I had spoken to two other plumbers and the price was way more than I expected.
I called Savior plumbing and within two hours I had Matthew arrive.
He was professional, knowledgeable and gave me an honest recommendation to try and repair the toilet before needing to replace it.
The cost to replace and install the toilet was half of what I had been quoted by another local plumber.
He ended up replacing parts, checking for any clogs and fixing the valve all under an hour.
I would absolutely recommend Savior plumbing to anyone looking for honest work and sound quality.

I have used this company twice now for two jobs related to our water main.
This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Super prompt, professional, transparent with pricing, friendly, and very high quality work. What else can I really say? I am very happy to have found them and will definitely be using them for all future plumbing related needs.

I picked Savior Plumbing based on YELP reviews, so I thought I should write one myself.
Having recently bought an older home, there were some things I wanted an opinion on and some things I needed repaired. My number one concern was a sewage ejector pump in the basement, which I knew nothing about or even whether it worked. Austin from Savior Plumbing showed up on time and explained it all to me, including all the surrounding piping, and confirmed that it was working. He pointed out some potential problems with some of the piping, but put no pressure on me to get it fixed, noting that it was working at present. I asked him for a quote to get it done right and he took pictures and said he would get back to me. At my request, he said that they would not simply quote the full replacement of the entire unit, but would focus on how to most efficiently fix the problematic piping.
Austin also advised me concerning an outside rainwater drain and a leaking kitchen sink. He repaired a wobbly toilet by re-securing the flange and replacing the wax seal. He also replaced the diverter spout in my bathtub/shower. All of it looks great now.
It was all done on a time-and-materials basis at $190 per hour with a one-hour charge minimum for the visit. That seems very fair to me, especially when I consider that I got the job done correctly, to code, and to last, and I got some peace of mind about some of the plumbing in my new (old) home.

We were referred to Savior Plumbing from our trusted realtor and we are very glad we called them. Their customer service was excellent and professional, from my initial phone call to them explaining my water pressure issue, and until after the work was completed and they sent me a thank you letter. Their quotation to perform the work was very competitive and fair.
Dave, who performed the work at our home, arrived timely and did an outstanding job, not to mention how friendly and professional he was as well.
I will definitely be recommending Savior Plumbing them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Savior was the FOURTH plumber I called to fix a complicated problem in a house we bought that was not getting fixed. The first plumber charged 3k for Lord knows what, the second was at least honest enough to admit they couldn't figure out the problem, the third was Diablo Plumbing who charged me $1,500 to NOT fix it, in fact, one guy started the job and had to call for backup so I paid for two to stare at my tankless water heaters for eight hours and then they stuck me with that bill and a $6k quote to just replace the units because they didn't know how to fix the existing ones. Then I called a neighbor and they referred me to Savior and HOLY COW: one visit, $700, found the source of our problem which was some bogus valve we didn't need that was inhibiting hot water flow to the house, some missing valves in a few showers, plus they identified and serviced the tank that wasn't functioning properly and made the conservative choice to hold off on re-piping the whole thing to first see if they got it working with what they did and wouldn't you know it, it worked. Since then we've had an upstairs bathroom mini-flood that came down through the walls downstairs, called Savior, they were fast, fixed everything, explained it, and treated a running toilet while they were here that we forgot to mention. We kissed a few overpriced underperforming frogs before we got to this prince and now they're forever in my iphone contacts as my go-to plumbers. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

FYI they charge for quotes. Why they think they should be paid for work not done is a mystery to me.
Called to get a quote for some non-emergent work in a bathroom. I was able to provide pictures & specifics on what I needed done. I was told I'd get a call back later in the day with an estimate....no prob.
Later in the day the office manager called to tell me the work would either be 1/2 day or a full day they really couldn't tell due to ""unforeseen circumstances that could arise"". I was asking for new shut off valves for two toilets & water lines to be moved over 2-4 inches for the sink (wall was already open). I should add they charge approx $150 for the first hour and $48 for each additional 15 mins. So let's say it cost 1/2 a day we're talking a minimum of $700+ but could be more. No one could truly tell me. When I asked if someone could come out and give me an actual quote I was told I would be charged for that
They charge their 1 hour rate for a quote. I do not pay for work not done. So that was a hard no.
Anyway there's plenty of plumbers in Livermore. Even more if you expand to the Tri-Valley. These guys are a hard pass.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Savior Plumbing for their exceptional service. A family member recommended them to us and we decided to try them out after hearing about their positive experience with Eric, one of their installers. We were extremely pleased with the work they did.
Eric did an excellent job installing our water heater, which impressed us so much that we decided to hire Savior Plumbing for subsequent jobs such as installing plumbing and fixtures in our shower and toilet and installing a water softener.
Throughout the installation process, Eric kept his workspace clean and tidy and always maintained a courteous and respectful attitude. He represented Savior Plumbing in an exemplary manner and we are delighted with the outstanding service we received from start to finish.
We appreciate the exceptional experience we had with a business that values excellence and we highly recommend Savior Plumbing without hesitation.
