Every visit they show up with a great attitude, and ready to explain any question I may have.
When running an apartment complex, it is nice having a reliable team to call - Savior Plumbing is my go-to!

Have used this company in the past, but will not ever use them again. I complained about the service received due to the attitude of the tech upon arrival- not wanting to put on booties to enter my home, wearing a mask below his nose, informing me that he can do no additional work other than what was originally listed after I spoke to rep prior to him coming and all she mentioned was rate not that there was a specific time that work had to be completed. Had not encountered this type of response in the past- and owner DID NOT seem to care when I spoke to him. Just said is that all??? He's my supervisor and is over all other plumbers. Fine with me. Just he won't ever enter my home again nor will I use this company again. Will not comment on what I really believe all of this is really about.

I've used the services of Savior Plumbing four times now and have never had a bad experience. For that matter, they have all been good experiences. Maybe its one of their employees, Dave Brunson, that has made the experience so good. I say its good in part because he makes simple work out of what can seem more complex than it actually is. Just go to YouTube and you'll see a dozen completely different fixes based on the problem and its symptoms.
I hate to part with my hard earned $$$ for contractors when in many situations I can fix it myself. Or so I thought. I have learned to call in a pro when necessary, and from the first time we used Savior Plumbing Dave has saved us money and stress and time when we have called for his services.
The most recent episode required we wait the better part of a week if we wanted Dave to do the job. Ok, we have a second bathroom, see ya in a week. During that time I took a crack at the problem from numerous angels based on internet information and YouTube videos, all to no avail. Dave arrived and patiently listened to my description of the problem and everything I had done. I spent no less than 6-8 hours researching and troubleshooting prior to his arrival. Once Dave went to work he had everything back to normal in about 10, maybe 15 minutes.

We had a plumbing emergency with a clogged sewage line connected to the house. Called half a dozen businesses in the area, but unfortunately everyone was fully booked until late afternoon. Savior Plumbing called us back immediately, and pulled someone from another job to help our unfortunate situation. The matter was resolved within 2 hours. They literally saved our day!

In 2018 we have home inspection and they told there is leak in crawl space under master bathroom tub, We called Savior plumbing by seeing very good reviews, in October and asked to see the cause of the leak. The employee came and ran water in master tub and told there is no leak. Because the shower is next to tub, I asked him to check if there is issue with the shower, he turned on shower and told no leak there also. ( He didn't do shower pan test, I am not aware that there is shower pan test also at that time). I can't go to crawl space so I believed that he is correct and paid him 150$
But yesterday we have inspection guy came to inspect home. And he found the leak in the same place. I called up the Savior plumbing to inform that you guys didn't detect the leak which is there ( which came in home inspection before the Savior plumbing checked it and came after they checked it) . I know it's 2 years, but believed this guy as they are experts. What I asked the savior plumbing is please check the cause of leak for free( as we already paid 150 as they did wrong job) and charge us to fix it. But they are not ready to do it.
Luckily the leak didn't cause much damage to structure. but they missed the leak and its leaking.

Amazing response time and courteous team. They installed the water heater fast and now the pan is mandatory; thanks to Savior Plumbing, this was re-done immediately!

I called to get a quote for adding a gas line. Tom showed up on time (with mask :) ), listened to what I was looking to have done, asked great questions and we went over how the line would be routed.
I received the quote the next day.
When it came time to scheduling the work they were very accommodating.
The Savior team showed up on time and reviewed what the plan was with me then got to work.
They did an amazing job, were quick and thorough.
I am very pleased with the work they did and would definitely call them again!
Thank you Tom, Tammy, and team! Great job!

Timothy (Christopher) is an exemplary journeyman plumber and capable of fixing just about any problem. We called Savior on the spot after our kitchen faucet broke. He was able to install the new one -- as well as nix an annoying clogged sink in our bathroom; fixing two birds with one stone. We'll always go with Savior for our plumbing needs. It's pretty obvious they're head and shoulders above Valley Plumbing, too.

I want to thank Tom and Clay for all their work and help in solving our hot water heater problem. My wife and I have used more plumbers than I care to count to solve a bunch of different problems of varying difficulty for us in the last seven years. One of these problems was a stench that would emanate from the hot water heater when it was in use. After talking with a few plumbers and the manufacturer it was determined that we needed go replace the anode rod. We learned after the anode rod was replaced that not only did that not fix the problem, but there was an extra step that the plumber didn't take in the installation that might have helped with the smell. Two or three years later, we were still having that odor problem but ignoring it because everyone said the odor wasn't harmful.
Two days ago the carbon monoxide detector in our house activated. After opening all the windows and doors and evacuating the house we contacted the fire department ( literally around the corner from us), PG& E came out and turned off our gas due to too much CO coming from the water heater. After researching a plumber yet again, I found Savior Plumbing through Diamond Certified and looked on yelp at reviews. I contacted them and after talking with Tom, even though we live in Oakland and would be charged travel, he seemed very knowledgable and I thought it would be worth trying him since none of the other plumbers we used made a positive impression.
Yesterday morning Clayton, and friendly smart man, came to our home in Oakland and did his best to fix the carbon monoxide issue. It seems that the exhaust wasn't being discharged from the room properly. Clayton felt that the improper burning of the gas also may be the cause of the odor that we kept smelling. Clayton replaced and elongated the pipes that took the exhaust out of the house, and the odor did seem to go away. PG&E came back and the carbon monoxide problem was actually worsened. I called Tom back and without hesitation Tom said that they would get someone out here as soon as they could to try again. This morning Clayton and Tom came out to make sure that everything they thought could be the problem based on their and PG&E' observations was taken care of. The cleaned the baffle and combustion unit and all the soot that had accumulated over the last seven years since we had this heater installed. They also replaced the single wall pipe that Clayton installed yesterday with double wall piping.
Travel time was not billed today, credit for what had been installed yesterday applied to the materials used today, and Tom didn't charge for all of his time on the job. In addition Clayton noticed that one of the water pipes was slightly leaking and replaced it.
Today when PG&E came everything was fixed and the odor is gone! I would definitely recommend Savior to friends (especially if they are close enough to not be charged travel time)

Had Clayton from Savior Plumbing out to work under our house fixing leaking pipes. He was friendly, informative, masked and certainly seemed to know what he was doing. Each time he went under the house, he came back with explanations and photos and videos to show what has happening.
Good worker, good service from the office; overall a good experience.
