We contacted Savior Plumbing on a Monday morning because we suspected a leak in the slab flooring. I was impressed with the prompt response and how quickly they diagnosed the problem, made a quick temporary repair and gave us a quote and date for a permanent solution.

The following week, they returned to perform the work as agreed. Eric, Cory and Eric were on-time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of protecting our home from construction debris. The owner Tom, was very hands-on and responsive to our concerns and needs. I would definitely use Savior Plumbing again and would highly recommend them for fair and courteous plumbing work.

Eric, the employee, came to estimate timely. However, did not finish the work agreed verbally. I forgot to ask Eric for a written paper. My husbad called the office the next day. Eric said he charged 2 hrs work; but not the amount to finish the whole job that we agreed on. He said he could not finish in 2 hrs because it took longer than he estimated for the first part. If we want to get it done, he can come out with extra charge.

The project was completed under budget and on time over 2 days using 3 techs. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after each day's work. I recently bought a condo in Danville, and I noticed that the drain in the main bathroom was slow to drain. After trying off-the-shelf fixes from the local hardware fixes, I received a referral from my daughter who used Savior Plumbing and was very pleased with their work. The plumber arrived at the appointed time, and quickly diagnosed the problem as years of hair from the former owner and fixed the problem within a few minutes at a very reasonable price.. My wife also got helpful feedback about how to best replace the old shower fixture. I would heartily recommend Savior Plumbing for any of your needs.

This was my third job by Savior and I'm very happy with their work and will hire them again in an instant should the need arise. This time it was a small leaking joint in a ceiling pipe. Arrived on time and was done in less than an hour. He was very careful and in my opinion did a thoroughly professional job. I've used them before for a valve replacement (VERY difficult) and also a toilet replacement. No issues with their office staff, and I always get a response in short order.
