I called Savior when I mistakenly unscrewed our hot water valve in the shower. With the only way to stop the water from gushing, we had to turn off the water main. Fortunately, Savior was able to come quickly and they were extremely nice and courteous. To my surprise they were able to quickly and affordably fix the 20 year old valve with replacement parts on the truck. Major issue averted! So when we had a big irrigation issue, they were the only company we were going to call. Again, they came when they said they would and they were great to work with. They had a long day under the house routing a new water line from the front of the house to the back. They did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the way the work was done. We HIGHLY recommend them. Their works is great, costs are reasonable and they are extremely honest and trustworthy.

Had to call them to come fix a Takagi tankless water heater last month. They were the listed experts for this system in the area according to the Takagi website. Made the appointment with them and they were able to come out a couple days later (and it was just before Christmas).

On the scheduled day, the owner Tom arrived with his crew and introduced himself. He walked me through what he believed was the reason for my non constant hot water flow and walked me through the cleaning process of this system. The contractor who installed the system 6 months prior could not figure out what was wrong with the system and never explained any of the mechanics to me. Anyways Tom explained what was wrong with the system and corrected it immediately. So now I have constant hot water in all the showers.

I also had them come back and prep my kitchen area for a kitchen remodel. Tom and his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job with all the work I had done in the house. Their service rates are comparable to other plumbers in the area, but I believe they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

Won't be calling these guys again. I refrained from writing up an initial review five months ago about a shady practice of theirs because I didn't want to form an opinion after one experience. However, after a second experience, it just solidifies what kind of company this is. They are only out to get your money.

Experience #1: Project was to replace a kitchen faucet set. The service technician was 15 minutes late, physically completed the project in about 50 minutes, then packed up his things and mentioned he would be right back, came back about 15 minutes later and said he was all good to go. When I saw the final bill, he charged me 1.5 hours of labor! WTH! How did 50 minutes of actual labor become 1.5 hours?

Experience #2: This company doesn't stand behind their work. Five months after installation, the base of the kitchen faucet handle base lifted off the kitchen counter. When the technician came in, he said the service warranty wouldn't cover product defects (but this was not mentioned when I initially contacted the company about this problem). He evaluated it and guess what....he said it was a defective product and that this wouldn't be covered under the service warranty and in turn, we would be charged $134 to fix it. WTH! The technician showed my wife what was wrong, and as far fetched as this may sound, I could see a scenario where the first technician who installed it messed with my faucet handle base so they could get this second call and charge us another service fee. I mean, why wouldn't the first technician say something about the defect so we could deal with it back then or be forewarned? We're just turning water on and off so it's hard for me to understand how a defect can evolve in less than 5 months after some gentle use. It had to have been there when it was installed. The technician left us in a very angry mood and didn't offer anything like a service discount on this situation to ease things. Now, all we can think about is how we have been swindled out of more money. The technician mentioned several times that they are an ""honest company."" Well, just because you say it doesn't mean it's true. And honesty can be evoked through one's actions and not through mere words.

I went with these guys initially because they had a very good price, but I should have gone with another plumbing company, who I've worked with before but a tad more expensive. I will not name them in order to let other Yelpers know that this is a serious review of this company and not a promotional vehicle for a competitor. It's experiences like these that make you wonder who you can really trust out there. You rely so much on other people's reviews and recommendations but it's still hard to truly know who the good, honest guys are. I've been left with a very bad taste in my mouth by these experiences, and I would recommend Yelpers to find another company for your plumbing needs. I hope the $134 they took from me is worth the thousands of lost revenue as other Yelpers turn to other companies for their plumbing needs.

I am very pleased with Savior Plumbing. I had a clogged up kitchen sink that was very last minute. I gave Tammy a call and within 15 minutes Tom shows up at the door. Tom unclogged my sink in 20 minutes tops. He was very professional and cleaned up well. He explained where the clog was and why it happened. He even taught me how to do it myself. Tom and Tammy are very honest people. I am so glad there are good and honest plumbers like you.

I had a tiny water leak at the pressure relief valve (prv) and low water pressure. Called Savior on a Thursday and they were able to come the following Monday. Person who took my call was friendly and was able to give me their hourly rates and estimate of time to do the job based on my description of the problem over the phone. Of course, she had no estimate of the cost of materials. My neighbor used Savior before and he recommended I ask for the senior rates (yes, I'm old).

Alex (2 weeks with the company) came out and he was very friendly, reviewed the situation and was able to give me an estimate of time to complete the job (important to know since he had to turn off the water to the house). He had to run to the hardware store for some materials and was able to finish the job in the estimated time he gave. He replaced the prv, installed a 1"" ball valve and 1"" copper riser.

Great service, very efficient, excellent work, reasonable prices.

The shut-off valve to my water heater broke and I needed urgent assistance. Initially, they were fully booked but thankfully had a cancellation and were at my house within an hour. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company again. THANK YOU!!!!

Great customer service. One of the best I have ever dealt with. Reasonably priced and did a great job. That's why they are highly rated in a local certified company ratings directory.

Professional, prompt, courteous. And best of all - they called when an earlier appt opened up, then understood and fixed a major problem that left others scratching their heads.

We had Savior Plumbing replace our leaking water heater last week after checking on Yelp and Nextdoor reviews. Competitive pricing, prompt service and efficient installation. Just received a thank you in the mail from them today. First class from start to finish!

I made an appointment for this company to come to my house and fix a leak. The appointment window was from 3pm to 5pm so I had to leave work 4 hours early. At 4:30 plummer had still not showed so I called the office and one of the receptionists stated that someone would call back within 10 minutes with a status update. I never recieved a call. I called again at 4:55pm and spoke to Amy who stated that they had a job in Lafyatte that was running late but she assured me that they would still stop by. I had plans that evening at 6:30 that I had to cancel believing that the plumbers would still stop by. No one ever showed up nor did I get a call letting me know. This morning I recieved a call from savior plumbing asking me what time would be good to show up today. No apology for not showing up, nothing! You learn a lot about a company by they way they handle their commitments. This company dropped the ball 3 times and never apologized. From the comments it sounds like they do descent work but the irony is, I was told they charge $135 for the first hour and then $60 every half hour after that so I had to be at my home at the beginning of the appointment window 3pm. I was told that if the plummer had to wait I would be charged . This was in response to my comment that I would leave work as early as I could but may be a couple of minutes late. I was home at 2:45pm because I didn't want the Plummer to wait. That being said,I wasted 6 hours waiting for this company to show up and fulfill their commitment as I did and they never showed up even though they assured me they would. How much is that worth as it relates to their rates? Just very frustrated at the double standard. My personal opinion is their are many choices to choose from, I wouldn't risk wasting your time waiting or worst yet have them start and job and then pull this crap. Stay away!
