Tim owner is Great in so many ways! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Takes the time to explain everything. Dependable. Very experienced. As soon as I described the problem, he knew exactly what it was and told me how to troubleshoot to be sure it was a slab leak. I called DWP and everything Tim said was spot on. He texted back and forth several times even before I had committed as a customer. Then he came the very next morning and he even fixed some little things and pointed out to my husband a few things to do for safety. He was very punctual and very experienced and again I have to say knowledgeable! We had strange symptoms, but he knew exactly what it was! He's awesome.

Updated photos of poor quality workmanship from savior plumbing. This company is a joke/scam artist. 2 connections turned into 10 because they used scraps pieces of plastic pipe. Reporting to BBB. This company gives good plumbers a bad name. Horrible company culture to deal with--don't walk---RUN FROM savior PLUMBING!

I was referred to SLD though a restoration company and could not be more satisfied with the results. Tim came out as soon as he could to find the source of the leak and then made time to come back and repair it. it's been about 1 month, and so far so good! I would definitely use his services or any services of the people he works with. Should anything change, I will certainly update this review, but I don't anticipate having to do so.

Update: October 2017, Be sure to check out the Better Business Bureau before selecting this company. It has at least one formal complaint against it. Barrett Peterson did not complete the work listed on the invoice. He took the money and disappeared. A total crook. BEWARE: This company will not stand behind his work.

Great guys. Honest, quality, fair price. I had a slab leak. You know, depending, the cost is $1,400 and up. Savior detected the leak and ran the replacement piping in the ceiling, by-passing the leaking pipe under the slab reconnected the bathroom fixtures. This eliminated the need to jackhammer and open up the concrete floor, tile, and all replacement costs. Huge savings. They are the best!

Savior plumbing was called in by our insurance company to detect and fix a leak after another company was unable to find it! They, in particular Tim, were amazing! Professional, courteous and helped us speed the slow process of working with an insurance company! For the first time in weeks, I have running water with no leak and am one happy camper!!

I discovered a leak in my garage from the dishwasher pipe. It destroyed the drywall and flooded my garage. I called the Savior Team and the very knowledgable, professional and polite Technician, Barrett, was at my door the very next day at 7:45am.

Barrett detected the issue within a few minutes, made a precise cut on the drywall to eliminate further damage to the wall. He replaced the cracked pipe, installed a much better quality pipe and joints and even washed the area after he was done, all in 45 minutes! I wasn't even late for work! Barrett was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The service came to an excellent price, much better than other places when I told my friends.

Make no mistake - if you need top notch service that you can trust, promptly and a fair price, look no further, these guys are the best!!

I suspected we had a slab leak, so I started looking around here on Yelp to find a leak detection specialist. Decided to go with Savior...and I am VERY glad I did. Tim came to my house after hours (7pm) and quickly got to work locating the leak. He found it, then we discussed the different options. I decided on the re-route, and he scheduled his plumber to do the repair. Barrett showed up on time and immediately got to work on the repair. He flawlessly re-routed the copper line with PEX tubing in a couple of hours. Extremely happy with the outcome...and I would recommend Savior to anybody!
