Michael began working alongside his grandfather at the age of 16, mastering the trade over the years to achieve the title of Master Plumber, realizing that there is always something new to learn. He still possesses his grandfather's tools and codebooks from the early 1940s, while also incorporating modern innovations and tools for today’s plumbing needs.
