Juan and his team is hands down amazing. They did an excellent job on repiping an eichler house going from the roof down. I also have radiant heat floor, while they replaced all the pipe in the house, they also replaced the water heater + floor heater to a Navien combi boiler, which is tankless and energy efficient.

His crew is very intelligent, had lots of experiences and flexible in getting things done. They clean up nicely after they finish for the day.

Best of all, they have a honest price.

They are the best. Juan is very nice and great in problem solving. We did a whole house remodeling with moving the kitchen to another area and renovating the bathroom.
Juan and his team will work until the job is done and if it takes the whole evening.
We had him come back to adjust the plumbing under the sink so we can get the drawer of the cabinet fit in. And another issue was a small dishwasher that we wanted to be attached to the plumbing of the sink instead of the hose how it was designed, where pipes would had been visible.
Juan is reliable and somebody you can trust that doesn't want to rip you off.

We were faced with a deteriorated sewer line and the prospect of digging up our driveway and disrupting our front yard to replace the sewer lateral from the house connection to the property line. Instead, we looked into trenchless techniques like pipe bursting and discovered Juan through a neighbor who just so happened to be having the same problem at the same time.

He took the time to diligently assess our scope of work, which was quite arduous since we have an old split-level house with complicated plumbing as well as new construction that needed to be seamlessly integrated to the old structure. Juan thoroughly explained all of our options and did not just push for the expensive service of sewer line replacement. He explained the true condition of our sewer line and gave us the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Once underway, Juan's crew and Juan himself worked long hours for five days. They had to dig 2 holes at each end of the sewer lateral, with one being about 8 feet deep and the other through the concrete in our garage. The team completely replaced the sewer line, installed three clean-outs, a backflow prevention valve, restored these areas with great care, and provided a 20-year warranty on the replacement work. Juan was also even able to get our newly constructed bathroom and laundry room connected to the new sewer line and did the trenching for that as well.

It was an extensive amount of work that was done efficiently, on time, and at a fair price. Juan did not draft a Change Order even though he did discover an unanticipated issue. Finally, he was very knowledgeable about our Town's code and the Sanitation District's requirements, and did all the legwork to secure the proper permits. If the need ever arises, we would not hesitate to call on Juan and his team again!

We needed to re pipe hot and cold water in one of our apartments because leak pipes inside ground and their work was beautiful and clean, they was able to work late hours to solve the problem and re pipe everything protecting tenant stuff. I highly reccomend this guys for promt service

My main sewer line was clogged so I called Savers. I was skeptical at first because of the one star reviews, but went ahead and scheduled the appointment anyway since their price of $80 is cheaper than the average $125 I've paid in the past. Mike and his assistant showed up during the designated time frame. They were unable to unclog the line by snaking it, so they had to use the hydrojet to clear it. Although the hydrojet turned out to be more extensive than the snaking, I am still confident they did everything they could by snaking it and decided to not force it in order to avoid further damage to existing breaks in the pipe. They went as far as to do put the camera down the line so I could see that the pipe was collapsed and that is why the snaking was not working which the did not need to do. They were extremely professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Found them through a Google Search. They advertised they would clear a line for $79.99. I had a clog where my line meets the city's. Couple of guys came out with a snake in the back of a pick up truck with no company logo. It was a tiny size snake that couldn't do the job. They tried one other snake, still couldn't unclog the line. Then they said for $200 they could use their water injected machine to clear it. I said I never had a plumber NOT be able to clear the line with a snake. Told them no thank you, but still had to pay the $79.99. On the advice of my neighbor who thought my street side clean out was Redwood City's responsibility, I called the City and they sent out their sewer truck. They had a 4-inch snake, and 5 minutes later it was clear (and didn't cost me anything). Makes you wonder if Savers Rooter uses a tiny snake just to try to sell their other $200 service. If you want to call them to clear a clog, I'd think twice about it.

When your main sewer line from your home stops up you need a fast fix. I called these folks and within 90 minutes the team arrived and began to dig in our yard. What was a plugged pipe due to roots became a huge clog of its entire length. Seems our trees found a home in our pipes. These guys trenched and dug and worked like it was their home. It took an internal pipe thru the existing pipe to fix the mess. Almost 100 feet. Done on time and spotless and not too costly. They are tops in our book. Jesus and the team are worth more then five stars.
Can't tell they were even here. Fantastic job! We are over 50 miles from their shop as well.

Never showed up. I set up an appointment between 6-7pm. When they didn't show up by 7pm, I called and they said their guy was stuck in traffic and would be here in 40 minutes. When they didn't come by 9pm, I called back and no one picked up the phone. They never bothered to tell me they were running late or not able to make it. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.... look elsewhere.
