We had a major plumbing issue at our house recently (the main line from the house was clogged with tree roots and there was overflow into our backyard). Darryl Ewing of Save U Plumbing saved the day. He was at our place within an hour of calling, on a Sunday, wearing a mask and gloves as COVID-19 safety precaution. He was efficient, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced, and fixed our problem in a short time. The whole experience went as smoothly as possible considering the stress of a plumbing disaster during a pandemic! I will definitely call on Save U Plumbing for help in the future. Highly recommended!

Save yourself from Save U Plumbing. You are better of watching youtube videos and doing it yourself rather than relying on 'Save U', if you want some expertise you need to look at loads of other alternatives in the NextDoor App close to your neighborhood. I had a washer leak to be fixed and was referred to Save U by another plumber who had decent reviews . When I called 'Save U' and asked for a quote I was told the person had to look at the repair on-hand before he can provide the quote. The person turned up did look at the washer , said he knew the fix and was done in a few minutes. I insisted I wanted to check if the fix worked , started the washer and realized it started leaking again in 5 minutes. The fix did not work. There was no quote provided before he embarked on his so called 'FIX"". This pointed to a total lack of knowledge. Inspite of this he charged me a bomb and left with an advice to contact the manufacturer. The lack of empathy and ethics left me flabbergasted . I paid the amount with some resistance and called for another plumber who was able to spell out the problem clearly and suggested me to replace the drain pipe at half the cost. The other plumber also made it a point to rub it in, saying I should have called him in the first place.

We hade 2 leaky faucets one in the shower and the other in the kitchen. I had called few other company's to see what they would charge to come out and look at the problem and give me an estimate. Most company's said they have a standard charge and this would be 2 separate jobs so the charges would be higher. I called Save U Plumbing and talked to Darrell and asked him what he would charge to give me an estimate for the job. He said there was no charge to come out and look and give me an estimate. I set up and appt. and he was very punctual and also called me few mins. before he came. We got the work done from him and are very satisfied with the end results. Also according to my husbands instruction he fixed the shower handle the way he wanted. Next day when I took a shower I was not pleased with the way the handle was working and that we need to change it to the original way. My husband called him to ask him if he could come and fix it. Darrell was very nice about it and he came back the next day and fixed the way we wanted.
Very satisfied with the work would definitely use him again.
