This is a wonderful family business. We called in the evening when our refrigerator water line had gotten a hole and begun leaking. After a failed attempt at repairing myself (both the old adapter began leaking and needed to be replaced and was leaking at the refrigerator connection too) called on the professional. As this was the second time I had a plastic water line that had gotten a hole in it, I figured it was only a matter of time until this happened again. Rohming not only fixed the problem but replaced my plastic line with a stainless steel line which he explained is much more reliable over the long term. He is all about providing the ideal repair in order to prevent headaches down the line which is very refreshing. Will use for all future needs.

The technician was there within the hour (on a Friday night). He gave me the cost on the phone --which was reasonable unlike many others I tried (most of whom want to send someone to the house to provide an estimate to simply snake the drain--so you won't send them packing when they tell you how expensive it'll be!). The gentleman couldn't have been nicer--he ran the snake over and over again to be sure that it was thoroughly cleaned out. He answered questions, provided suggestions and was efficient, neat and was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of drain cleaning--and I'd guess based on what I saw, they'd be helpful with the other services they provide. Definitely use this company--you won't be sorry.
