This company saved my life I've never went to work ever without taking a shower, shower is like my coffee so around 3 pm on Monday afternoon my wife called me to telling me that our hot water wasn't working. Wally has done an excellent job at fixing three different plumbing problems for us. Polite, always with a smile on his face, he goes the extra mile to make his customer 100% satisfied. Plumbing jobs can be messy, but he keeps things as clean as possible. He is resourceful, comes up with unconventional solutions (e.g. attaching an extra-length pipe inside a toilet tank to increase its water-holding capacity, to get more flushing strength).

We had what we originally though was a minor toilet leaking problem which we tried to fix ourselves. Well, the small toilet leak manifested into a bigger problem with the wall bracket connector which we needed professional help. Wally was on time, courteous, friendly (not a bit bothered when my son interrupted him with LEGO ninjas), and professional. He was very detailed and found out the root cause of the leak right the way. When I mentioned that I would try to do the originals toilet part myself, he did not question my knowledge or skills.
