Thank you, Save Now, for answering your phone at 6 am when we called about a backup in our building that flooded our unit. None of the 6 other plumbing services I called even bothered to return my call. Ben was super friendly, and was able to diagnose & resolve the issue the same morning. Sal is great, knowledgeable, and excellent at calling back. When our sewer line backed up late on on a Saturday afternoon, we started calling around and most companies were closing. After a false start with another vendor, we came upon Sal and Save Now Plumbing. Sal arrived earlier than he expected (which was fine with us!), understood the issue immediately, and corrected it. We were back in business in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and less than some other services who wanted to wait until Monday. Call Sal when you have drain issues.

I called at 8am on a Saturday, they answered the phone, said they'd have someone out 10-11 and then Sol called asking if he could come early and was here at 9.15.

He looked at our issue and said I needed a few days applying some WD40 and a new pin I can get at any hardware store.

Then he diagnosed our garbage disposal backing up as likely needing a new/different part which we can also get at the hardware store.

So I said thanks I'll go to the store now, how much do I owe you.

I was shocked when he said no charge, we do free estimates.

I'm so coming back to these guys.

Ben, scheduled our appointment next morning and arrived early in the one hour window he provided. He is pleasant and easy to talk to( not usually the case with big companies and their employees). He located our leak and replaced the portion of pipe. He offered cost effective ideas for other projects I had as well.

I rarely do reviews, but special deeds need to be rewarded. Sal, the owner, came by on short notice to replace the faucet for my kitchen sink. I attempted to do it myself, but got stuck mid way. Instead of charging me to do the work (or even just for coming by my place), Sal provided his advice on how to get it done by myself. I have lived in SF for quite some time and as a home owner have seen my fair share of contractors and home services. This truly stands out! Sal is honest, knowledgable, and conscientious (he even offered to take off his shoes before stepping in). This plumbing service will get all of my business from now on. Highly recommended!

Save Now deserves MORE than 5 stars. Efficient, prompt ,reasonable and pleasant to have work in your house. Ben came the very next day after I called him. This was not an emergency but I really wanted it taken care of ASAP. And he accommodated me. I don.t want to have additional plumbing problems but if I do I certainly know who to call. I will recommend them to everyone I know

Sal did a great job! I'm always leary when getting a price range in an informal quote... But I was charge at the lowest end of the range. Whew! Sal took off his shoes, was very pleasant, and tried several ways to solve the problem - eventually victorious. Oh - and be sure to ask him if he's been fishing lately - wach his eyes light up! Awesome.

Sal and his team are really top notch. Once we moved into our ""new"" house, there were all sorts of little things that needed attendance, both big and small. They were always the most responsive and made time to rush over, no matter what. Often, if it was something small, they wouldn't even charge us!
