What a crazy day! Discovered our heat furnace wasn't working. Save Home Heat was totally booked, but one of their top employees stopped by to see if it was something quick. It wasn't, so he loaned us 3 small personal heaters to get us through the weekend.

Then, because one of his next clients didn't need as much time, this employee returned to our home, replaced the motor, and got our heat running. What damaged the motor??? A bird, which had made its way from the outside vent all the way to the motor (about 5 feet)! This also explains the smell which had started several months ago, but I could never find what I thought was a dead mouse.

Big shout out to Save Home Heat and their incredible employee, Gab!

We have used Save Home Heat extensively during the last 5 years and they have been able to address and resolve issues in a complex house that other companies were not able to address. I have used them to repipe our whole house, replace gas lines, replace HVAC systems, fix hot water circulation issues as well as complete a lot of maintenance work. They always show up reliably and do quality work.

5 years and two months ago Save Home Heat installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in our home. At the time we had 9 people living in the house - all three sons had decided to return home with wives and girlfriends while they each sorted out their lives. Go figure. The water heater never blinked and countless showers and loads of laundry later it stopped working because of a glich on the controller board. Russ Hollar did the initial install and he did the troubleshooting on this problem. The Rinnai was two months out of warranty and the controller board wasn't available anywhere in the US for over a month. Weeks of cold showers weren't going to work for my wife (I was ok with it, so there's that). We worked with Russ, Save Home Heat, and Rinnai to convince Rinnai to send us a replacement heater and get the install done at a very reasonable price. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks Russ!

Given Save Home's harsh and defensive response to my justified dissatisfaction with paying $175 for nothing, I stand by my negative review. This company advised that I spend $2600 to clean a $2500 AC system that was working fairly well. Buyer beware!

Extremely over priced. I had a small issue which start to finish was less than 15 min to fix and I was charged $225. Ridiculous would never use them again or recommend this service

After two service calls, it is my pleasure to have met Jeremy. He is a great asset to your company. He did a great job repairing the A/C and added much value as he fine-tuned our HVAC system.

Hard to believe this story but while he was at my house, a cold water pipe (which had been leaking for who knows how long) burst and flooded our lower level. Jeremy said he was (also) a certified plumber and he was willing to work until the problem was solved. He checked all the hose bibs outside. No leaks. Checks all the HVAC intakes on the main level. No visible leak. Back downstairs to the lower level and Into the ceiling searching for the leak. Using shears, he cut a window through the duct and put an iPhone and flahlight into the void and recorded video. Jeremy heard water spraying. Before long he had located the leak, cut out a section of bad pipe and replaced it. All in a days work.

I'm sure the rest of the ""mitigation"" will not go as well. Photos and videos have been taken.

Bryan came by and throughly inspected our property. He took time to show me our current heating/cooling system & all the details about how it works. He explained exactly what improvements he would recommend & how they could be carried out. His engineering background was obviously put to good use in setting up the right systems.

We had problems with an outdoor timer that other electricians hadn't been able to fix. Their crew solved it quickly and for a reasonable cost. I've used Save Home Heat for many years and have always received good service.
