Kelly F.Neil performed a toilet installation and installed some spacers between the back of the tank and the wall upon my request. My appointment was on short notice since the old toilet was leaking, so he had to return a few days later for the spacers. Mr. Neil was punctual and communicative about his ETA for both appointments, removed the old toilet (and schlepped the new one up a flight of stairs), and cleaned up the work area. I do plan to hire him again for future projects. His rates were very reasonable and this is a great way to support a local, BIPOC-owned business. I will follow up with photos of future projects as appropriate.
