The first things that come to mind are Integrity and Professionalism. Any questions or concerns I had were handled by the owner himself.
I had them change out my old water heater to a tankless, Natural Gas water heater. The installation is very aesthetically pleasing, began and completed on time, and the work site is cleaner now than before they arrived.
