To say these guys are a rip off would be the understatement of the century. I had a burst hot water pipe in one of my bathrooms on a day that we were having a family crisis, and our normal plumber was not available at such short notice on a Saturday. My wife got these guy's number from a friend and the good part is a plumber showed up in about an hour, but the bad news was he originally quoted me $650 to do the job, that literally I could've done myself with a $10 trip to the hardware store. When I got irate with the price quote, he called his boss and magically the price went down to $300, which was still a rip off but because I was in the midst of a family crisis I paid it. It took him all of 15 minutes to fix the problem.

If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. It was such a PLEASURE working with Gary especially from the second we spoke on the phone. He picked up the phone right away & I told him a few units in a commercial property were experiencing issues with the toilets not draining and flooding in the kitchen sinks. He asked a few questions to get a better understanding of what is going on and scheduled me right away. Didn't even wait for me to ask him. When he came out his professionalism & knowledge about the whole situation made me trust him even more. He had his team come out about 30 minutes later and they got to work right away. He felt that the other units might be experiencing issues as well so he offered to inspect those units with no additional cost and to our surprise at least 3 more units needed to be taken care of and Gary did JUST THAT all while keeping his energy super positive. Thanks for being so awesome and on top of your game Gary! I will definitely recommend him in the future.

Professional, top notch work. He always showed up on time, explained everything he was doing and fixed a very large drainage problem for my home and for my pool equipment area. It took several days and a lot of digging, but he always cleaned up meticulously before leaving each day. I will use Sav On Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
