Gary is the best, call no one else. It was my son's birthday and you know how that goes kids throw everything in the toilet. I had no idea who to call. One of the parents gave me Gary's number and sure enough Gary was out here within the hour. Got my toilets working again and that was the end of it, no BS . Recently contacted Sav-on to look at my water heater which cracked and started leaking. Like what the other reviewers said, they're quick to respond. Gary came by and asked where the crack was. Told him maybe from the bottom because that's where the water had accumulated. But I was not 100% sure. I had drained the tank, cleaned the area, shut off the water and gas supply. He said that if it's from the bottom, it will typically have to be replaced. Trusting this guy, I went ahead and had him replace the water heater as I need the hot water to get ready for work.

I had two issues: 1) this guy didn't even try to find the actual source of the leak . He said that since I got a 10-yr old tank which is rated for 6 to 8 years. It's time to replace especially that I got extra 2 years out of it. I googled and read that depending on where the crack is and how bad, it may be repaired. 2) Gary also suggested replacing one of the earthquake brace straps for $450 since I went from my old 40 gallon to the new 50 gallon, old strap on the top will no longer fit. Told him I'll do it myself. When I looked at the brace after he left, guess what... I was able adjust the brace strap to MAGICALLY fit. Really? Do I really have to pay you $450 to re-open the strap and wrap the new water heater with it? If Gary took the time to look and open the strap like an honest technician would, he would have found that it fits perfectly. Instead, he saw this as another opportunity to get more money!

So what do these tell you? Watch these guys...Gary will try to sell you extra shit you can do yourself. Ain't gonna call this company for future plumbing repair needs nor refer him to my neighbors. It also makes me wonder if their perfect 5-stars are real.

I had a backed up kitchen sink from all the holiday meals and dish cleaning. I called Sav-On Plumbing early in the morning and Gary got back to me with in 20 minutes. He was able to come out Sunday morning on New Years Eve and fix the problem with in an hour. He was courteous, professional and the price was great.

Gary is the best, DONT call anyone else, amazing service same day! Without the emergency prices! Everything is a can do job. I called several plumbing services and the prices were exhorbitant, Gary was not only pleasant to deal with, but such a great guy so patient with my older parents, told my dad who is 82 don't worry sir, I got it! I will refer all my family and friends and will never call anyone else other than Savon for my plumbing needs!
