Our washer water inlet valves broke and we were given a recommendation to call this plumbing company. While the plumbing was hopefully done well, the attention to proper installation of the washer box was done in a rush and very poorly installed. Not only did this plumber literally rip our high quality washer box off the wall leaving old screws and plastic behind that my husband had to later remove, but the new cheap and brittle smaller washer box was installed crooked which we get to see every day on my wall for years to come. We even had to remove the screws half way to put them back in straight and there's only one broken pice of plastic holding the new washer box in the wall. We had three strips holding on my old one that was way bigger and higher quality. We worked hard saving for a house for over 10 years and just moved in. When we call a plumber, we don't expect high quality house parts to be ripped off the wall with a cheap replacement installed and done very rushed and shoddy. We even sent pictures and communicated that we weren't happy with it and nothing was done. If you don't want only 70% of the job to be done correctly and 30% to be done poorly then don't call this company. Again, not happy I get to see a crooked and cheap washer box above my washer every day in our new expensive home that we saved years for. An honest company should not operate with ripping off quality pieces that were originally installed properly and replacing with cheap parts installed poorly. On top of that we had no choice but to spend more money having to dry wall over the poor installation of the washer box and then more time and money to paint. It's a lot less satisfying to have to do this when you know what's behind the wall. We just wish they cared enough to do the entire job correctly.

If you are looking for the right company to get the work done and done right I say go with Sav-On. I've always been weary with Plumbers but when Paul helped us with our home that we were renovating he changed that by showing us that he was knowledgeable at what he does and has unparalleled work ethic. His honesty and no BS approach was refreshing. Plumbers do cost money let's face it, but if you were going to spend anyways do it with someone that knows what their doing and honest so you will only have to spend once!

Paul (owner) has great workers who are also professional. I have had them do faucet installations, garbage and water heater installs, and just recently they installed two toilets, safety bars in our master bath as well as a new sliding adjustable shower head. They are always on-time and explain their work before hand so there are no surprises. If you need plumbing work you will not be disappointed in Paul and his company.
