I had the pleasure of working with Jesse. He was absolutely well mannered and extremely informational. I called and spoke with Mike to have someone come out. He was able to schedule a technician to come out the same day. Mike also let me know ahead of time what their fees are, so I wasn't surprised with charges. I would definitely use them again!

Had a back up in the kitchen sink and laundry machine the Friday after Thanksgiving. Gave savon a call Saturday morning after seeing good reviews and they said they could be out in a few hours. Tom came in and knew exactly what the problem was and cleaned out the main sewer line. No more issues. He was in and out. Will be aa customer again if I need more plumbing service.

Outstanding customer service!! I was having leaking issues with my kitchen faucet a called late Friday evening, thinking I would get voicemail, and Tom picked up right away. ""I'll have Jerry over between 8 and 8:30."" Jerry was actually early! Sweet!!

Jerry was great. He gave me his honest assessment and, instead of trying to up-sell me, he suggested I go out and buy a new faucet myself and he'd install it. A couple of hours later, he was back as promised and did a great job. He was very pleasant, patiently answering any questions I had. He even took care of a couple of problems underneath my sink I didn't even know I had!

Tommy and Brandon installed new faucets and lead lines in our kitchen and bathrooms. They also installed a new RO faucet. They removed our old hot water heater and circulator pump that weren't working, were starting to leak and installed a new hot water heater. They're even pulled up the old floor tiles that had been cut to fit up against the previous water heater and placed tiles we had on hand prior to putting the new water heater in. They let me know the water softener needed some attention. This was perfect because filters change out on the RO and regular check up of the water softner systems were already scheduled for Monday. I was able to call that company on Friday and let them know. Tommy and Brandon of Sav On Plumbing went above and beyond what I'd expected.

Being a single woman and mother I do not want to feel taken advantage of when hiring someone for a service in my home. What a relief to know I can call Sav-On Plumbing when I need someone to come out and be treated right! Tom arrived on time and was extremely fair with pricing and didn't try to tell me I needed to fix more than what was needed. This is extremely important to me and I appreciated the great service.

Save on plumbing is not the case. Friendly but I paid over 300 for him to install a used piece. I even asked if I could get something from home depot when I called to an appointment and he said lets just look at it first.

I'm military and only visit my home here once in awhile and I wanted the leak fixed before I had to go back to base. I also asked if I could not get the piece and he said it would be the same price. What a rip off.
