Management and crew are solid professionals, all. My first time out with these guys they hooked up to my 60 year old cast iron drain waste vent system (without breaking a sweat) in a refurb I was doing. It was fantastic, that whole job was smooth and professional. Sav-mor is always steady and professional in the many times they've been out to my place since then. I have used these guys for over three years, first job was setting bathtubs and toilets in my refurb home in Norco; they tied into the 50 year old (cast iron) waste system flawlessly, upgraded and repaired copper water system where needed, and did various other repairs and installs in my home; all professionally and done timely.

I've had them out to my girlfriend's newer home in Eastvale several times (PEX plumbing) and we've had them to her friend's house right across the street. Always on time, always professional, and generally priced a little better than most other plumbing outfits.

Great customer service as they always answer the phone in person and return calls when needed. I've had nothing but great performance from Ron and crew at Sav-Mor plumbing.

Please do not use these people they are incredibly unprofessional. They do business with my landlord on his properties. I went without hot water for three days before I could reach the landlord (it was on a weekend) and he has a maintenance contract with these people who are his friends. The water heater is right next to the clothes dryer. The vent hose is connected to the base of the water heater stand and goes through it to the outside to release the air. The plumber gets tangled in the cord and yanks on it with his hand disconnecting it from the dryer and tells me he will put it back on. He then proceeds to clean underneath the water heater. I live in Norco and it is very dusty here. I get an email from my landlord stating I will be responsible for the bill and sends me a copy of invoice that says that they reason for cleaning is the dryer vent was not connected. I tell him what happened but he says I am still responsible. I call the plumber and tell them that this was not the case and what truly transpired and request they correct this at once. She says well you don't own a property and and never have so it doesn't matter and starts talking down to me. (Not that it matters but I have owned property and made a choice not to buy in this area until lived here for a couple of years.) She also informs me they have been friends and done business together for 15 years. Please be wary and use a reputable plumber for your repairs.
