I was replacing my washing machine hoses. In trying to turn off the water at their valves, I discovered that washing machine valve handles that were frozen(stuck in open position). I called them this morning at 7, they said that they could be around later this morning. They called me back at 10, said that they would be there in 20 minutes. They were completed by 11:30. Every time that we have called them, we have received prompt and reliable service.

Pathetically bad. Have used them in the past and been happy. I called yesterday - Monday AM for a clogged kitchen sink...was told I'd hear from them when their ""crew"" called in...that was at10. Called again at 2 - having heard nothing. Got the same story....so this morning - Tuesday - waited until 10 and then called another plumber who was here within 30 minutes. It is now 3:40 on Tuesday and I STILL haven't had a call back from them. Wonder if they sold the business - - if so it must have been to morons. I don't like posting negative reviews, but TWO days without a call back is inexcusable.

LOVE THIS PLUMBING BUSINESS DID THE BEST JOB I had invited other plumbers to fix my sink and they left me with a huge bill and broken sink but Saurer Bros Plumbing not only fixed my sink but made it 50x better and didn't leave me with a hefty bill

They are punctual helpful and kind. Came to inspect a malfunctioning water heater and fixed it with no charge bc under warranty. I tried to pay them for their time but they declined. really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!!

This review is as good as it gets! Rarely have I been this satisfied with a service provider. We had a pipe burst under our house and found it last night. We turned off the water and hoped we could get a plumber in the morning. We called Saurer at 7am and they answered. They were at our house by 8:30am and the pipe was fixed by 9:30! They looked at a couple of other small things while they were out and made some suggestions of things we could do on our own. They charged a VERY fair price and we were able to shower! Amazing service from this father and son team. THANK YOU!

If I could give 6 stars I would. First, the phone on this listing is incorrect. CAll (818) 249-6115. These guys actually took time to think the problem through and understand the mechanics. Fixed my plumbing issue it for literally 1/10 of what my 2 other plumbing estimates were and everything works perfectly now.....Saved me well over $1,000. You need to put their info in you phone RIGHT NOW!!

Okay. These guys are your guardian angels. I added them on Yelp - thus only one review so far. We have used them for years and they are honest, smart, good, decent people who will save your lives when it comes to plumbing. We had a leak in our hot/cold water purifier device and I noticed water dripping in the mess of our garage yesterday. Terrified of the damage that could be done to the structure of our home, I called the Sauer Bros at around 7 am. At work at around 11 am the same day I received a call from Bob Sauers, who said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. One day later the problem is solved and I am at peace. When I asked about the bill, basically Bob said (Perhaps since we're lifelong customers), ""We'll get to that. I'll mail you one in about a week."" Why aren't there more Sauers Bros out there. I cannot begin to express my gratitude. Try them. You won't be sorry.

Excellent service! I called at 8:04 in the morning and because a job had been cancelled Rob and Company were at my clogged kitchen sink before 9:00! They replaced the rotting and clogged p-trap and drain pipes. I was new again to the neighborhood, having moved into my mom's home after she passed away. Calling Saurer Brothers was a lucky move. I'm very happy with their service. So professional and very nice people. Their invoice was very detailed. I knew exactly what parts and services cost.

Also, when they arrived I was feeding my dogs and subsequently had to give one of my dogs an insulin shot while they were here. Talking about my dog's diabetes opened up the conversation to nutrition and health. Rob could be a doctor or nutritionist with all his knowledge. Nutrition is a passion of his. So amazing!

Great people to help you with your plumbing needs. Brian and his friend do justice at my house and had them work on my outside regular pressure valve, before that. And they speak english.
