Took off work for my appointment. Half hour after my appointment still no show. When I called it was obvious they never wrote my appt down. Plumber very disorganized and made numerous trips to van and I was charged for those trips.

Horrible customer service! I have never been spoken to so rudely. They have lost a customer and will continue to lose them if they do not improve their customer service.

We made the mistake of hiring these guys once, and it will be the last time-- I've thrown out their card and found a new plumber.

They decided that since no one was home at the time, they could just back up a dump truck to fill in the well pit with giant clay clods, glass, and garbage, leaving an unbelievable mountain of mess, while blocking the only entrance to the house with the half-buried wood planking that had been on top of the pit, now jutting up in the air several feet.

I figured a different team was coming out to finish the fine points of this job, and when I politely asked for confirmation of when, you'd have thought I was instead speaking Portuguese, and demanding my money back on top of it.

When I thought we were done, lesson learned and a lot more work left to do on my part, the (rude) receptionist ended up talking to the boss about my question (which had become a simple complaint, and the end of the story for me at that point), and he called to ""make things right"". Sounds great, but after telling me he'd be by that evening to check things out for himself, he never showed up, and I never heard from him again.

Since I'd already closed the book on them before he'd called (based on the receptionist's combative reaction to what had been an innocent call telling me this was just the way they do business), I didn't waste my time calling again to make another appointment to wait around for nothing.

I would say, do not hire these people.
