Sarah W.I had a run of bad luck with everything plumbing at my older house and Sauk Plains Plumbing were absolutely wonderful! My troubles began with the water heater, then my pressure tank went, then the well pump, and to top it off my well collapsed (kudos to Sam's Well Drilling too!). The owner Steve was easily reachable, he even came out on several occasions to help out. All of his guys were really professional, knowledgeable and communicated well. I would highly recommend this business!
Michael F.Rockstar service! I had a well/pump controller unit fail after a storm. I placed call after hours, and was able to talk with Steve on the phone. He was able to walk me through some ""troubleshooting"" before sending someone out. Eventually, I needed a new controller unit and they were able to come out within a few hours and fix the same day. Excellent, professional service. Highest recommendation.
