I called. Alberto answeredthe phone. Initially I thought I wouldn't be able to fit them into my day while it was still regular hours without an after hours charge, but I ended up being off work early, so I texted him, and he was over within an hour.

He snaked the bathroom sink drain quickly and cleanly, determined it was a hair clog (long hair - shocking!), and he left the property neat and clean.

We had to replace a shower valve. It required cutting into an interior wall to access the plumbing. Alberto and I communicated about the job, he gave me an estimate, and we set up a time. He and his partner arrived right when they said they would, and managed the replacement very quickly and efficiently. They did great work, and he's a super nice guy. Would hire again!

Saucedo plumbing helped us out of many a jam. When our water tank burst abruptly and flooded the kitchen- they showed up the next morning to fix it on the fly. They have changed our faucets, unclogged our drains and repaired our toilet. Overall, they were competent and reliable.

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I reached out to Saucedo Plumbing and connected with Alberto who was prompt in returning my messages and was available to take care of the problem right awa. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Honestly, if you live in or anywhere near the west side in L.A. and you need a plumber, call Saucedo. Alberto is great guy and a hands-on owner who really knows his stuff. The price he quoted was more than fair (far less than I was quoted by one big plumbing company...you know the one), and the actual price ended up being on the low end. Also -- and this shouldn't be a big deal but of course it is -- they actually showed up exactly when they said they would! I know, crazy! Also unlike the bigger companies, they didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. Great company, great owner, great experience overall.
