We have used saucedo plumbing for some years now to service our apartment buildings. They are always quick to respond, do wonderful work and are well liked by the tenants.
I have also used him for my personal home and have recommended him to numerous neighbors who also use them .

Saucedo plumbing is the bomb - they have done multiple projects for us, including inspections, fixing a leaking pipe that totally messed up a bunch of drywall, and hooking up a new washer / dryer. They are very straightfwd in terms of what you really need vs. what is nice to have. They might not be the very cheapest but it's worth it because they show up on time and get the job done right.

Great service! Called at 9:30 AM with a clogged bathtub drain, had a technician (Jesus) sent out with a window from 1-3 PM, and he was there right at 1 PM. Jesus was great, very polite and explained that the clog was further down than my snake could reach, and showed me the clog. He stuck around to ensure water was flowing. Would definitely use again!

I really would like to give this place a review and high stars based on what I have read and heard from others, but I requested a quote on here and it says they respond in 30 minutes and it had been 2 days and I canceled the project request. So instead my husband called them and left a message. Someone texted him for more info and he sent photos of the problem...but no one ever got back to us and our shower is still leaking! So it's one star because of bad response time. Perhaps there was a family emergency? I really don't know, but now we have to find a more reliable plumber and really wished they replied back.

Alberto and his helper showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing a new vanity sink in my bathroom. They gave me options on how to do the work. They removed the the old sink without damaging the wall and installed new plumbing hardware. Cleaned up after they finished and took all packaging material and old sink with them. Great job highly recommend them

I needed to replace my leaky old garbage disposal. Via text messages, Alberto asked for photos and agreed with my assessment and also recommended replacing the corroded piping connected to the disposal unit while doing the work. I felt that his pricing was reasonable and scheduled the work. He and 2 others (Jesus and Edwin) arrived promptly for the scheduled visit. They were courteous and very professional. They wore shoe covers in my home which I appreciated. I had them look at some other plumbing-related issues while there, and they gave me their honest assessment and explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I plan to have them back to complete other work. I would definitely recommend Saucedo Plumbing and Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Exceptional, thoughtful service by Skyler on garbage disposal installation to replace a leaking very old unit and fixing of a toilet that was constantly running. He is a really helpful and courteous guy. Excellent and prompt help from Alberto by text about the problem and what kind of unit to get in advance and where to pick it up. The whole problem was resolved within 24 hours, plus I got the running old toilet resolved and a good prognosis about when it would need replacing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly based on this experience.

Yes he is family....but man does he give quality work! He redid my all my plumbing in my new house and he is on time every day, has a great team who is friendly! Wouldn't look anywhere else than Saucedo Plumbing and Rooter!
