Ishmael responded very promptly for the job, communicated great in the beginning. Once he came out and pretended to know what he was doing. Me and my fiancé weren't at the house it was our teenage boys. Once they gave him $320 to fix two doors and put shower head on we heard nothing. Needed it done asap so didn't think about pricing or what not. Once we came back doors weren't put on properly, ordered wrong size door. Shavings green him attempting to make it fit was on my bedroom door and the floor by my room. Text him and said he said he'll Be back out to put door handle on and paint the door. Text him again and he said he had emergency and would be out. Waited 3 weeks called and he called back and asked me who I was. I told him and he said ""oh yes sorry I changed my phone and couldn't contact you."" Still haven't heard from him, this whole process and back and forth been 2 months now and door still messed up. Very happy with my service. Ismael promptly responded to my request to install my dishwasher and we scheduled a time for him to come later that day. He was kind and knowledgeable and was able to get the job done quickly! My house has some weird quirks and he was able to work around them. I called four handymen and the only one that answered the phone was Ismael. To date I have never heard back from the other three men. He kept in touch as far as changes in time for estimate and repair of what I needed done which I truly appreciated being kept informed and not wondering as to when was he going to arrive to my home. The repairs that he performed for me, I was very happy with the outcome. I have a standing appointment for another task next week.

We just bought a condo that had terrible cat smell. Ismael was confident he could get rid of it. He worked hard at spraying walls and concrete floors with Kilz restauration and was ok with waiting a few days in between so we could check, he pulled the baseboards, sprayed layers until we were satisfied the smell was gone. He was a fast worker, very courteous, always on time, always returned our calls, and he sent photos of the ongoing work when we couldn't be there. He notified us when something was not working or needed replacing and offered to do the job. His price was fair and we will be calling him again for more work.

I really had high hopes with him. He was friendly and communicative. He came and did some of the jobs I asked for. He told me he could do stucco but ended up being a bigger mess than before he came. He apologized and I didn't make a big fuss about it. As a courtesy he promised to do a power wash around my backyard. Well to tell you, he never showed up. He ignored all my messages and calls. So now I'm left with a huge mess of stucco on my walls and on the cement because they never cleaned it. Oh and to add, the garbage disposal I paid for him to install has been leaking since he installed it. But of course no response.
