They removed my Jacuzzi tub because I had a faucet went out and couldn't be fixed. It was a big job because they had to lift the tub out and break the cement underneath the tub. The part had to be ordered. It took a while probably three weeks before I got the tub fixed , their prices were competitive and when we were done we had a shot of whiskey. I recommend Saubert Plumbing do you wanna good job.

We had an issue on a Friday afternoon and we were having a hard time finding someone last minute that could help before the weekend. Joe showed up within an hour and got right to work. He was able to take care of the problem and even found our buried clean out that nobody had been able to find in the past. He was very friendly and left to get the right equipment that wasn't in his truck so that he could complete the job. We were so thankful for his quick response and thorough job.

I discovered I had a hot water leak under the slab of my house. I called around several different plumbers around town to get quotes on the best way to restore the hot water line and fix the problem. Carlos was the first one to assess the situation offered a solution and explained the entire process.

He was very responsive and was able to come out right away. I was given a few options on repair and settled on re-piping both the hot and cold-water lines, since they were already going to have to open the walls for the hot water lines.

They were able to start the project within a few days and met the 2 day timeline we had agreed upon.

They showed up on time each day and cleaned up the workspace at the end of each day before they left. They were super easy to work with and answered all my questions. They even accepted last minute requests such as adding a pot filler without hesitation.

I would very much recommend Saubert Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Carlos, Sergio, Lupe, & Adrian were professional, trustworthy, friendly and provided excellent workmanship.

If you care about COVID precautions, don't use this business. Plumber refused to wear a mask and drove off. He would rather lose business than wear a simple mask. Good luck with that business model. If I could rate zero stars I would. I hope they read this and start thinking about the risks to their customers.

A man installed a hot water stem on a cold water handle then lied to my mom telling her it had to turn the wrong way, convincing her to pay him. They ignored our calls to repair the frustrating handles that turned the same direction. A man finally shows up unmasked and accuses me of having covid19 for being courteous enough to wear one. He then leaves without repairing or offering a refund for the obviously botched job. I ended up replacing the faucet myself. Covid19 doesn't disguise poor character.

Over priced. Repairs water leak 250.00. After two weeks still leaking. Charged 500. Fixed this time. You make the decision.
