I should have read the reviews before I called them! I called to schedule a visit. Before she would even give me a GENERAL estimate on when I could get someone out to clear roots from a pipe, they wanted a credit card. I explained I needed to know if this was a tomorrow call or two weeks. She refused to tell me until she had my credit card. Umm no! If that's your business model I'm taking a chance on this company.
We have waited almost two week for another plumber. Not waiting two more weeks with no ability to flush a toilet!

A plumber showed up a day late to fix a plumbing issue. By the time he showed up the issue had been fixed. He charged $95 for showing up late. I called to complain but Satterlee didn't care.

The company was very quick to respond and took care of the situation in a timely manner. However, i find them to be over priced. An hour and a half cost me $202.50 during a snow storm, but an hour and a half plus parts cost me $75 at S&S Maintenance In Granby.

Amazing plumbing company, they try to get to us quickly and efficiently. Troy gives wonderful customer service from him and his team. We have rentals he always gets us covered.

BEST COMPANY TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
They are very prompt to take care of your request, and their technicians solve the problems quickly and effectively. I called around 8:15 in the morning, and I was contacted by the technician thirty minutes later.
The issue that I have with them, and today reminded many of all the other times we have used them over the years, is the cost. They charge per hour, and that includes driving time, according to the technician. He came here at 9:08, took a look at the problem and left to get parts. 50 minutes later, he started working on the water heater. He was done in half an hour. Went out to his van and, at 10: 45, gave me a bill for 2 hours and a half. I spent on repairs a third of the cost of a new heater. I guess the cost of repairs includes not only driving time, but also breakfast time, and maybe breakfast.
In an update to my review, I need to add that they didn't solve the problem, and a few days later my water heater started leaking again, and it destroyed the ceiling of my bathroom in the basement. I called a different plumbing service, and they asked me to describe the leak. Then, they asked for a picture of the leak, and they said that it was clear that I needed to replace the water heater, and they refused to charge me for the consultation. I bought a new heater, and the technician that installed it, explained to me that all the work done by Saterlee was unnecessary.
I ended up spending fifteen hundred dollars as a result, twice the cost of replacing the heater. So, if you have time, emotional energy, and money to waste, Saterlee is your company of choice.

Just an overall horrible experience. I called Wednesday morning and aside from the ""someone will call you soon"" phone calls, the service man didn't call back until Thursday at 7:45am Missouri time (5:45am my time). Who calls customers that early and seriously expects someone to answer? When I finally did speak with him, I explained I was on california time, but his simple ignorant response was ""i'm from California too."" Lame answer.
He came over Thursday and I explained the issue of our central air continuously running. He then inspected, filled a few liquids and 10 minutes later he was done and presenting us with a $168 bill. That equates to nearly $350k per year.I want that job!!!
Needless to say, the job was not done correctly and the messages I left friday morning were never returned.
