Andrew S.Had these people come out to put up a fence. I accepted the quote and they told me they'd begin the work on December 10th. They came out a week and a half late and put up the most poorly crafted wood fence i had ever seen in one day. Mr. Satterfield himself even said """"this is not the kind of work we do."""" When he came out to see the finished job. Not even two days later, the 10 ft gate they installed was blown off into my yard. It took them two days to come """"temporarily"""" fix it. Meaning they nailed the gate to the post and nailed a 2x4 across the top so it wouldn't open. He told me they would be out in a couple days to fix the gate and finish all of the poor craftsmanship with the fence on December 22, of 2019. It is now March 3, 2020 and they just contacted me yesterday. I was without a functioning fence for 3 months and did all the work myself so i could finally get my truck out of the backyard. They have shown me the worst craftsmanship and customer service i have ever seen. DO NOT do business with Satterfield construction.
