I tried to use this plumber to install an appliance in our apartment. I literally called more than a dozen times, and every time was told they'd call me right back, and given every excuse imaginable. After about a week they sent someone to look at the job, but they came earlier than promised, rang every buzzer in my building even though I asked them to call instead, and woke up all my neighbors. After another week of calling every day and being given the runaround, I gave up, never having even gotten the promised estimate. When I asked around, others said they'd had similar experiences with this place.
