Sasso Plumbing and heating did an outstanding job at my house during the holiday season. He was punctual, detailed oriented and extremely professional. The crew arrived around 7:30 AM and worked diligently to replace my broken sewage pipes and restored my home to normalcy. I am grateful and appreciative of their excellent work and will continue to use their services. I can't express with simple words how satisfy I feel with the level of efficiency, professionalism and overall work ethic displayed by the entire crew. Thank you for a job well done!!

Initially he was very responsive to my inquiry and basically told me each of 4 jobs would cost about $250. I told him that I don't think he fully understood the scope of what I needed so he asked me to send photos and I did. He never got back to me. I tried several times to contact them and finally when I did a very abruptly told me that my house was a 1950s disaster and he wanted nothing to do with it.

Who promptly called me the next morning, sent two guys over who started some basic work I agreed to. Then he estimated the full job including toilets he did not mark up. The whole thing was done in a day and the work was great. The cost was half of what other plumbers quoted, days later. Call Mike

Elderly former owner of my Home and elderly neighbor used these people for many years as their go-to Plumber until I bought the House. I have decades of expertise and an advanced degree with private government contracting for all phases of Design/Engineering and Construction. I needed a ""water main"" pinhole repair on what is a 1.5"" copper line, really more of a ""service line"" that was run as a ""main"". They quoted me $4,000. Asinine. Guys get $150-$200 per day with two Men and $85 for the Brass couplings and copper and the hole was already dug. I had six quotes under $700 and got the job done for $600. These clowns think that they must be only people on Earth who understand what things cost. They took advantage of two old Women for decades and turned them into cash cows. The repair actually took 58 minutes (I timed it), so they thought they could take me for $3,400 and have ONE guy come and solder a coupling in. Neurosurgeons don't get $3,400 an hour. These boobs are definitely are not neurosurgeons.
Don't let these ""smiley nice guys"" fool you. They are wolves in sheep's clothing and NOT your ""local buddy"".
You WILL get bent over with a smile.

Phenomenal plumbing from start to finish! When an exterior pipe broke and caused sewage back up in our basement, Mike came right away, showed us exactly what went wrong with the pipes and made all the necessary corrections and then some. He is professional, kind, friendly and approachable. He left everything as though no one had touched anything even though he had to go underground to reach the pipes.

I would highly recommend Sasso Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for quality service. I will not hesitate to contact him in the future should I require plumbing/heating assistance.

I called HomeGuard, who I have ""Septic Line Insurance"" with, to report a small leak that I was concerned about dripping from my septic pipe that passes through my home basement/foundation wall. Within a half hour, Mike, from Sasso Plumbing, called and asked what the situation was and that he would be there within the hour... AND WAS! He assessed the problem by inspecting inside the home and then crawled under the porch deck to the outside wall where the septic connection was to make sure it truly was not an emergency. He scheduled to be there first thing next morning. Mike and his crew not only showed up on time, he sent a ""DISPATCH EMAIL"" notifying me that he is on his way. Mike and crew, who are all courteous, professional AND NEAT used a ""Septic Video Camera"" to determine and confirm that there was indeed a crack in the pipe which needed replacement. Mike explained what the process would entail to get the repair done and answered all my questions. We set up a convenient date of repair and once again Mike sent a ""DISPATCH EMAIL that he and crew were on their way and ""ON TIME""once again! The best part about using ""Sasso Plumbing"" was that they have all the necessary tools, parts and equipment to do the job in a professional manner. The ""Backhoe"" was not some giant piece of equipment tearing everything up. It was proportionate for the type of job being done. I was concerned that they had to dig under my porch but at some point they switched to ""HAND DIGGING THE CRITICAL LAST FEW FEET"" so they wouldn't compromise the porch! EXCELLENT JOB!
They did the repair, beefed up the gravel bed, tested the sewer line and put everything back to its original state including repairing a sprinkler line that had to be cut in order to dig. The ground was graded and racked and you would never know such a job took place!
I wish all companies performed their jobs as ""Sasso Plumbing"" did with the amount of professionalism and pride they brought to the table.
I worked as a Network Television Broadcast Tech, setting up and Broadcasting live Sporting events for over 35 years, so I think I'm qualified to recommend ""Sasso Plumbing"" without hesitation.

Called on a Friday night after breaking the handle in the shower that controls water flow/temperature. Being my ONLY bathroom and shower, I was in a panic. Mike called back early in the am to see how he could help. Originally, it wasn't going to be able to be replaced until Monday. But, Mike understood the urgency and went out of his way to fit me in that day. They didn't charge anything extra for it being a Saturday or for having to go into Jersey for the new fixture and parts. They worked quickly and neatly.

Called this company and spoke to Mike; not only was his price reasonable for installation of a new vanity, piping, faucets on a double sink for the bath, but i couldn't believe how quickly and professionally he accomplished the job and CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF!!!!!...i would definitely call him back and it put a smile on my face that Sasso plumbing did an outstanding job!

51 year old house with Orangeburg pipe. Sasso recommended doing an inspection, found the pipe wasn't in the best of shape, so I decided to replace it. The price was very reasonable, and the work day was scheduled for only a few days later- seemed like the few days was just to get the permit and utilities marked. They showed up both times (inspection and replacement) on time and were professional the whole time. I was most confident with the proposed work described by Sasso compared to estimates from other companies. They sounded like they knew what they were doing and their actual performance proved it. I'd use them again for any plumbing needs. Glad to be able to patronize a good family owned business.
