Based on my experience with Mr. Sa, I recommended him to everyone in my family, and now we all use him. Two prior plumbers had tried to sell me a new hot water heater, but Mr. Sa said that the tank was good for another 10 years and that all I needed was a repair to the panel. He performed a number of repairs, all at a very reasonable price. My 5-star rating is based on the following qualities: honesty, knowledge, experience, courtesy, professionalism, trustworthiness, and quick response. Mr. Sa works with his wife, who is also an excellent plumber. I've used many plumbers, and Sa's Plumbing and Heating is truly the best!

Sa's plumbing did a wonderful job. What seemed to be a small problem was actually a major job that required knocking down a wall, chipping away at concrete-encrusted decades old pipes and replacing the wall in order to fix a leaking pipe. Now our basement is dry and our plumbing is back to normal.
Mr. Sa and his wife were a pleasure to interact with. They were very friendly and very responsive. The job was done very quickly.
I will definitely go back to Sa's the next time I have a plumbing problem.

My bathroom upstairs was leaking water into the downstairs' ceiling. I turned to yelp to find a plumber who can give me an estimate and fix it. The first person I called was Abe's Plumbing based on the 5-star reviews. For him to come over and look at the problem would already costs me around $100. The next one on the list with 5-star reviews was Mr. Sa. I called him and ask him how much his estimate would be. He said he can come over that same afternoon and no charge for an estimate!

He came over right on time, took a look, and told me the cost to fix the problem. We got to talking, and I told him that I was thinking about having my bathtub refinished. Ideally I want to have it replaced, but the estimate that came from several contractors were just too much outside of our budget. I also told him the quotes average, and he gave me a quote that blew all the other guys out of the water. He also said that he will subtract whatever I paid him that day to fix the leak from the total cost.

In the end, Mr. Sa replaced my bathtub and the wall tiles surrounding them. It was a big job, and he and his team worked tirelessly for two days. He also replaced the part of the ceiling that had developed mold from the leak. We enjoyed his work so much at such a reasonable price that we took him and his wife to dinner to thank them.

I highly recommend Mr. Sa to all of my family and friends.

Mr Sa (and his wife?) came promptly, replaced two valves below a sink for the agreed price (and a good price). I asked if he had time to also replace a fixture, he did also for a good price and did more work than I think he planned on. No leaks, clean operation, I could tell he knew what he was doing.

He is on a short list of service people I would highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink was in bad shape, and this was after the last plumber ""fixed"" the leaks. Having an old cast iron sink, I thought everything had to go. Sa's Plumbing was the only company that I could find that would not charge for an estimate. They turned out to be a pleasant husband and wife team who work hard, show up on time, use quality parts, clean up afterwards, and give honest opinions. They salvaged the sink and valves, replacing lines and hardware. It looks great and after one month, no leaks! At the time we had the work done, the company did not take credit. I recommend!

Sa saved our basement from flooding. Even on a busy day after severe storms back in May, he did his best to fit us into his schedule when other companies made no promises. He discovered that the initial plumbing for our sump pump was not installed correctly and later on we had that plumbing and sump pump replaced and redesigned by sa and his nice wife.
He had good prices and was very honest. We appreciate all the hard work he did and we will call him again for any future plumbing needs. We recommend him highly.

Mr. Sa is a great plumber! I even signed up for yelp to add to his reviews. He and his wife replaced and removed an old toilet. Pretty much anything you need for a normal job, he will have inside his truck.

He was prompt, efficient, and great to talk to. The price he quoted was great and he was helpful in explaining what he saw or was doing during the replacement.

He is also very attentive as he spent a bit of time checking that everything was seating and fine-tuning the flush mechanism.

All in all, fantastic. I would highly recommend him.

I can't recommend Sa enough. I was power-washing my deck this spring for an hour. When I went back inside, I discovered a Biblical flood had occurred from a burst pipe, without me knowing. My basement was a disaster. I called 4 plumbers on Yelp, on a Saturday, only one answering and unable to come until the next morning. Then I found Sa. 90 minutes later (and because he needed to eat lunch first), he showed up!!!!

He spoke good English and was professional in appearance, demeanor, and work. He gave an estimate and explained to me what appeared to happen, and what he'd do. Then he did it all quickly and well. He also explained several things about our pipe work (some we didn't know). After repairing the pipe, he also made good suggestions for better insulating the pipe from future freeze issues.

He gave up a round of golf to come help us on his day off, despite the weather being beautiful, and as a fellow golfer, I know how important that is ;)

This whole thing was a big deal to us because the insurance company told us that the water-damage-repair guys wouldn't come out until the plumbing was fixed, so getting someone here fast was crucial. I learned the pipe burst at 1:30, Sa was here by 3:15! From VA! He was done by 4:30. Thanks to him, the water guys were here by 6:30 pm. The next best plumber wasn't available until 7am the next day.
