We had our water heater replaced by Joseph recently and the whole experience is wonderful and a breeze. Joseph was very responsive and quickly came to our place for an estimate, which I think is very reasonable. On the day of the installation, he came on time, put in the new heater and took away the old one as well as cleaned up the spaces. We then asked for his help with a kitchen drain issue which he offered to help for free. We can tell the work he did was very professional and we look forward to working with him again.

Contacted Sa's through Yelp on Sunday. He replied Monday morning saying he could come Tuesday, which was great. He called in advance as I had requested. He evaluated my job (replacing and removing some old valves in copper pipe and replacing a no-freeze outdoor faucet), gave some choices and recommendations for different quality/price points, then gave a price. It was very reasonable, especially considering it required multiple soldered joints in a crawlspace. He was done in about an hour, and advised me on correctly winterizing and maintaining the new outdoor spigot, and also gave a quick pointer on how to fix a spraying aerator in a bathroom faucet. And, it turns out he lives right in my neighborhood! We will recommend Sa's to anyone who asks!

I have used Mr. Sa's plumbing services over 5 times now, he's really the best handyman to work with. We have had toilets fixed and replaced, we have have garbage disposals removed and new ones installed, and leaky faucets from the sinks and showers were also addressed. He also provides heating services. Mr. Sa and his team are very quick, they are also affordable too. We've never had to fix anything he's installed. He has been able to fix what others failed to install accurately. Loyal customer to him and glad he's available to help us!

Our kitchen sink was not draining. Sa was able to come within a couple of hours and correctly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. He was very thorough and everything was clean when he finished. I will definitely call again when we need any future plumbing repairs.

I needed a complete wall sink installed along with 3 new faucets on the other sinks in my house. I contacted Mr Sa through the Yelp request system, and he responded promptly and provided me with a reasonable cost estimate. He provided a day for the work in advance and arrived as scheduled. The house has old existing plumbing, but Mr Sa was easily able to handle the unexpected situations. Overall, I was quite pleased with Mr Sa's work. I had a situation where I thought my kitchen sink was clock and every time I used my dishwasher the kitchen flooded. I called sa's they came in an hour; Joeseph diagnosed that I had a failed drainpipe (not a clog bug rotted holes in the 60+ year old black iron pipe). In less than an hour and a half he had cut out the failed pipe section and remedied the situation inserting a new PVC drainpipe section and tying it into my existing drainage system. Problem solved in less than 3 hours for only $700.00. Great, responsive, service that was very affordable by a plumber who definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend if need plumbing repairs of any type.
