My water heater had been acting up and finally decided to give up on my family on a Thursday night. I frantically reached out to several companies via Yelp and Mr. Sa was quick to respond. He asked me for some photos so he could know what he was dealing with, and instantly knew what the most likely sceniero was based on his experience. Up to here seems like a typical experience, right? But the reason I gave Mr. Sa 5 stars is because after he realized I had a baby and toddler at home, he came the next day, late in the evening to replace my water heater. He was backed up with big jobs but Mrs Sa told me that after finding out we had babies, they made us a priority. He would have scheduled us a few days later due to his busy schedule, but he came in the evening because he really cared. And of course, his job was perfect. Cost wise, he was slightly cheaper than other companies.

Mr. Sa accurately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it.  He and his wife arrived at the scheduled time and efficiently completed the repair.  Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Very happy with Mr. Sa and his lovely assistant. I had a fairly small job and received quotes from three big name plumbers, all of whom tried to upsell me on thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. Found Mr. Sa on Yelp and was impressed with the 5 star reviews. He came over for a quote and we hired him right then to do the work. His pricing is reasonable and he did a complete and thorough job. He even installed a mechanism in our bathtub piping so that it can be snaked easier in the future. A couple of days after the work was completed, we discovered our garbage disposal wouldn't turn on so we called him. It turned out to be a wiring issue that had nothing to do with his work, and he still took the time to fix it -- at no charge! I'm happy to have found a plumber who listens, isn't a salesperson, and who does good work.

SA's did a great job fixing my gas line. They came faster than anyone else would and were able to finish the job for less $ than estimated. They have many master licenses and do a great job at a fair price. They explained my options and fixed it quick. I had no working gas or hot water at my home for days and other companies wanted me to wait almost a week. SA's came the next day to fix it and we highly recommend them.

Mr. Sa and Mrs. Sa are AWESOME. We used them once and now we use them for all of our plumbing and heating needs. I am not the type of person to recommend somebody because I just don't want to be liable but we recommend them to all of our friends, neighbors and family. Our family really can't thank Mr. Sa and his wife enough. Today they really helped us immensely. At 11 am I called Mr. Sa regarding a long term problem our 125 year old farmhouse had been having. For quite a while we had a severe septic smell issue. After bringing in several other plumbing, and even septic companies as well as our pest control company (who told us it was a rodent and snake problem), today with Sa's Plumbing's help, we finally not only identified the source of the smell, but replaced an original kitchen drainage pipe that had rusted out and was allowing dirty sink and dishwasher water to pool under our kitchen floor. I called Mr. Sa at 11am, he and his lovely wife were at my house by 12 pm. By 4:30 pm the 6 ft. long pipe was replaced and my flooring was back in place. And all for a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Sa's Plumbing. Great customer service, quick to respond, and didn't give up in helping us figure out the problem. Just terrific people to work with. Don't hesitate to call them.

I called Mr. Sa to fix a leaking outdoor water spout and water shutoff valve. He was able to come the very next day and showed up on time. He and his wife both wore masks and brought sanitized shoes to change into once in the house. They worked quickly, already had all the necessary materials in their truck, and charged a very fair price. Both Mr. Sa and his wife are very nice, and very responsive. My experience with Sa's Plumbing and Heating was far better than the other two plumbers I'd hired to fix the issue. They are highly recommended for a reason, and I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs!
