Contacted Sa's Plumbing & Heating due to great reviews on Yelp. Service requested was to troubleshoot a broken water pipe under our deck (approx. two feet off the ground) and to replace/extend two outside faucets further up the wall (instead of reaching near ground level). Mr. Sa responded the next day, assessed the work, provided his recommendations, and was very clear about what the project would involve. He and his wife (work partner) arrived in a couple of days to work on the project. Mr. Sa removed and replaced only one slab of lumber on our deck to fix the broken pipe (I had expected a good portion of the deck would have to be removed). He also arranged the pipes so that water would drain properly when preparing for winterization. He rearranged our plumbing in our crawl space to have the valve closer to the entry/exit door instead of having us crawl further down the crawl space (very convenient and definitely a game-changer)! He cut a small portion for our bathroom wall to work on one of the exterior faucets and installed a very nice white access panel in case future work needed to be done on the faucet. He provided great instructions on the process of draining pipes before the winter. Sa's Plumbing & Heating exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely use them in the future. Great work, went over and beyond, highly recommend! Quality and value are #1. By the way, Mr. San is a great golfer too and gave me a quick 5-minute lesson! :)

I put in the request in Yelp Friday night and Sa replied and arrived Saturday at noon. I did not mark this job as an emergency but I guess he was in the area.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. I also needed to get the tubes snaked since water started to back up. I don't know how Sa's prices compared to others because I didn't shop around but the quality of work was definitely great. Everything was fixed and Sa helped clean the sink afterwards. I would definitely use Sa again because of the quality of his work.

Joseph is very experienced and is honest, fast and does quality work. Would recommend working with him for any and all plumbing projects! He installed a new water shut off valve for a fair price with high quality and fast service.

I've had work done twice with Mr. Joseph, once for a busted pipe and once for a hot water heater replacement. He is a very honest man and did a wonderful job on both. I got a few quotes and he gave me the best price on my hot water heater replacement. Even though he was very busy, he squeezed me in knowing i wouldn't have hot water for the weekend!

We had a great experience with Sa's Plumbing and Heating. The pressure relief valve on our water heater began leaking and Joseph helped diagnose the issue over the phone. After determining that the valve probably needed to be replaced, Joseph arrived later that afternoon. He fixed it perfectly, was very practical and didn't try to sell us anything more than what was needed, and his price was more than fair. He also diagnosed several other components to ensure the issue was isolated to the valve. We will definitely use Sa's again - thanks!

Messaged this company last week and they initially quoted me $300 without properly looking at the problem. A few days later I reached out to them to see if they could come in to diagnose the issue and he immediately quotes me $400. I never knew prices goes up like stock. I then clarify if the price he quoted me was for 2 toilets and he gives me an extremely vague and dismissive reply. I thank him for his time and he replies with ""good luck"". No, sir, I do not need luck. There are plenty of other companies with better communication skills and integrity.

We had our water heater replaced by Joseph recently and the whole experience is wonderful and a breeze. Joseph was very responsive and quickly came to our place for an estimate, which I think is very reasonable. On the day of the installation, he came on time, put in the new heater and took away the old one as well as cleaned up the spaces. We then asked for his help with a kitchen drain issue which he offered to help for free. We can tell the work he did was very professional and we look forward to working with him again.

Contacted Sa's through Yelp on Sunday. He replied Monday morning saying he could come Tuesday, which was great. He called in advance as I had requested. He evaluated my job (replacing and removing some old valves in copper pipe and replacing a no-freeze outdoor faucet), gave some choices and recommendations for different quality/price points, then gave a price. It was very reasonable, especially considering it required multiple soldered joints in a crawlspace. He was done in about an hour, and advised me on correctly winterizing and maintaining the new outdoor spigot, and also gave a quick pointer on how to fix a spraying aerator in a bathroom faucet. And, it turns out he lives right in my neighborhood! We will recommend Sa's to anyone who asks!
