They were great, contacted them and they were able to come by in a few days. I had an issue with a flange being too high for a toilet I was replacing. I had a different plumber come by the day before saying he needed to replace the whole flange and that alone would be $500 plus. Had these people come in and quoted me $250 to remove a bit of the floor under the flange which ended up lowering the flange and only $100 to install the toilet. He was done in about 90 minutes, I saved a ton of money, and also got the toilet installed. I would absolutely give them a call if I had other plumbing issues.

Sa's Plumbing & Heating is an independent plumber. He responded almost immediately to my email. I had two toilets which needed new flappers and a water shut-off valve that was leaking. He was prompt, arrived when he said he would, replaced the valve & did the repairs quickly. I had a minor issue with one of the toilets after his repair & he returned the very next morning, adjusted the equipment, and did not charge for that return visit. He's fast, he's effective, and his prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely call him again when I need assistance with plumbing issues.

I recently moved to a new home and we could not get our water to fully shut off for our first winter here. The valve was very old and nearly completely eroded. My husband worried if we turned it any harder it would fall off.

After receiving a very expensive quote from one of the big name plumbing companies, I called Sa's Plumbing. He came out that same afternoon and charged a much more reasonable price to install a new valve -- I think that is one of the benefits of working with a smaller company. He also installed a few new shower heads in a matter of minutes.

I'll definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs!

Mr. Sa was recommended to me by a friend, and I've continued to pass that same recommendation along. He has helped us out on at least four occasions over the last several years here in Old Town, two of which involved substantial issues. His work is top rate, he doesn't cut corners, and his pricing is upfront (to the extent any good, experienced plumber can be) and competitive. The short of it is that he's been consistently fair, and I've come to trust him a great deal.
