Mr. Sa and his wife did great work replacing our old gas powered hot water heater. I received a fair and reasonable estimate over the phone from his son, and the Sa team showed up on time on my preferred day for scheduling. Our closet with the old water heater was a tight squeeze for working in, but Mr. Sa did great work getting our old water heater out without issue and installing the new one properly. He even noticed and fixed a leaking pipe nearby, as well as offered to help replace some drywall we had had to remove to accommodate the work in the small space, all of which shows his strong work ethic. Mr. Sa stayed true to his estimate and even kindly gave us a veterans discount voluntarily after noticing that my husband is a veteran. We are grateful to Mr. Sa and his family for their great work, especially for making sure our family had reliable hot water before a new baby arrives!

He came quickly, did the job and I paid. He installed a skirted toilet and indicated it is more difficult to install and it cost more than a regular toilet install.

I can't say enough about Mr Sa (and his wife as his assistant) I walked into a wet bathroom floor. The toilet value was leaking overnight (damaged my cabinet) and I couldn't shut the water off. Turned the main water value off and it still was leaking. I called Mr Sa and asked if he would please come over. He doesn't work on weekends - text me your address. Within minutes Mr Sa and his wife were here and replaced the water value (stopped the leak) Who does that now of days? So very kind and thoughtful and knows what he's doing. Can't recommend him enough!! I've used his services many times and will continue to. He will give you a good honest price for his work beating the bigger chains every time.

Sa and team communicated in a timely manner and came over the same day to snake the kitchen drain. Everything went smoothly and they even brought indoor shoes! The clog was pretty deep in the pipes but they were able to get the drainage to work again. Overall great service and highly recommend.
