over $700 dollars to replace and two 20 inch hot water heater lines, less than 1 hours work. Why did I say yes? After 4 days with no hot water I wasnt thinking straight. Still haven't received a receipt for the payment either. Wish I had read a few more of the other reviews and called around. Total flippin ripoff

A lucky find while every other plumber was booked 3-4 weeks out after the big freeze! Someone answered the phone promptly and I got an appointment for within the week. After the technician cut drywall (and asked permission since there was a $500 fee just for cutting) and looked through the crawl space, he got me an appointment for the next day at 9am and expedited us since we'd gone a week without water. The two people who came to do the work were on time & very friendly with me and the two dogs! They showed me exactly what was to be done & there were no hidden fees after the estimate.

On Monday, December 11, RYAN PALADENI of Sarkinen Plumbing in Vancouver, Washington, completed the replacement of two shower valves. With a combination of resourcefulness, technical skill, and thoughtfulness, he completed the jobs to my great satisfaction. He was especially thoughtful in using only the available access points without having to expand them. He was fully prepared to start the replacements and cleaned up well after his work. I commend Ryan for his superb performance.

We called Sarkinen one day and the very next morning we got a call from Dane. He was here within an hour or so from another job. He was utterly polite and friendly and surveyed our leaking nightmare.
We agreed to the price and work was set for the next morning. A young man named Ryan arrived and got to work. He was so professional and focused that we were just blown away. He was also very friendly and personable.
These two young professional men have restored our faith and hope that this generation has not become hedonistic slobs! They should give customer service training.
We will pass the word on this great company and are beyond pleased with their quality work.
