DO NOT use this company!!! Had service appointment three weeks ago. Part needed for my appliance should have arrived days ago. Have not heard from this company since they received my payment on the day of their service. No returned calls and it appears that they are NOT reputable. Poor customer service, no return calls to follow up.

My microwave stopped rotating making it impossible to properly heat a dish or beverage. Initially, I called Sears for an estimate because it was a Kenmore and to my dismay their quote for repair was exceptionally over priced in my opinion. I checked the web for applicance repair in my area and choose Sarge repair. A technician responded with SAME DAY service and immediately diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered over night express but as soon as it arrived the tech returned promptly and resolved the repair issue. They saved me a $100 dollars and I would highly recommend their service!!

I scheduled an appointment the first week of October to have my LG dishwasher fixed. They sent a technician. I paid him $90 for the visit. He said that they needed to order the part. I followed up several times over the next several weeks, but, to this day, my dishwasher still hasn't been repaired by this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
