I am very happy with every part of this project. Dave responded right away, gave me a very fair quote, discussed my options, sent me to the fabricator so I could select the material, set the date for demo and install, had a crew of polite people, and I now have a new tub and surround.
I was present for the demo, reconstruction and install. I was able to ask questions and feel confident in the whole process.

The job went so well, I started with contacting re-pipe specialist and they intern hired Sargents plumbing, Let me tell you this I am so grateful they did, Sargents plumbing is a top notch HONEST company, their work is impeccable , If your looking for a plumber that has reasonable rates , great workmanship ,communicates, and is honest...Hire them, you will be glad you did I was!

Our old galvanized pipes were Showing signs of age: low water pressure in other parts of the house when someone was taking a shower; water was rusty when you first turned on faucets after being away for a couple of days; and having to clean out faucet aerators regularly due to sediment build up. My wife and I regularly see the Repipe Specialist tv ad and one day in late 2019, I signed up for an estimate. I received a call from their estimator, Scott Masel. He inspected all the areas with water delivery, gave me an estimate and explained the work that would take place. Scott told me RS subcontracts to Sargents Plumbing in our area. A day or so after signing the RS contract, I received a call from Dave Sargent, the owner, and he scheduled our start day. Jesse, the foreman, came over a few days before and walked me through the whole project and showed me where his crew would likely make holes in our walls for the installation. On their scheduled start day, the crew came right on time, were very courteous, and went about their work. We were told ahead of time that we would be without water that first night so my wife and I planned accordingly. As promised, the work was done, inspection and all, by Thursday. The holes that were created were patched - they even matched the stipple in wall texture in our stairway! Start to finish, Repipe Specialists and their partner, Sargent's Plumbing did an awesome job, and all with minimal disruption to our day-to-day routine.

I called Sargent's Plumbing after realizing our new home had low water pressure. They came immediately and assessed the situation, informing us that the pipes were incredibly old and needed replacing. Dave provided a very reasonable quote to repipe the house and the meter-to-house and carried out the job with precision and efficiency (done in 3 days). The job was also done to code and passed the inspection with flying colors. His team went above and beyond and Dave did not change the terms of the original contract despite encountering a few unexpected situations that increased the teams workload. After all was said and done the house looked great and the water was flowing with high pressure! I would highly recommend Sargent's Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs.

Dave's team at Sargent's Plumbing were awesome. When one requires a major plumbing job i.e. re-piping, confidence and trust in those coming to your home to complete the work correctly is a must. The team was diligent and worked well together. Dave's team obtains the required permits and schedules the city inspections. Not only were the pipes re-routed, the holes in the walls were patched and textured -- both inside and outside. I would definitely call upon Sargent's Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you plumbers --we are fortunate to turn on the water in our homes.

We went through repipe specialist ad we saw on TV commerical ,they sub contracted out to Sargents Plumbing, I was a bit skeptical and was put at ease right from the begining talking with Dave the owner, he assured me I was in great hands,Jessie the forman came over the day before and walk me through the whole project and what to expect etc,the next day the crew came right on time each day and worked non stop,they really know there stuff and are courtious as well, I Definatlely recomend Sargents Plumbing and will be useing them for future projects.

Dave is a great guy! His team showed up on time, were over the top communicative of schedule changes due to weather, and really managed our job well. They did a full copper replumb of my duplex and new copper water main. Dave's a man of his word and will get the job done right and even dealt with my OCD detail requirements without skipping a beat.
