Awesome service! Called this morning(Monday) early because of blocked drains in kitchen since last night. They were here within less than an hour! Amazing! Finished up quickly and efficiently. Troy was the repairman and he did a great, quick job! Highly recommend this business. This is the second time we have used their services in the last few years.

We had another plumbing service out to our house twice and they were not able to fix the problem In fact, they left and just didn't return. Then we called Sargent's... Louie came over, assessed the situation and got right to work. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in my opinion. It is very refreshing to have someone who actually knows what they are doing!!
Do yourself a favor and call Sargent's before you waste your time on another company.

We had a very good experience with Steve, the owner. He came over to look at our gas wall heater and determined the smell we were getting from it was because it had accumulated major soot. He said we could save money if we cleaned it ourselves. He told my husband how to do it, which he did (dirty and time consuming). Steve came back the next day and inspected it and tested it for carbon monoxide. He told us it looked very good, and there were no signs of carbon monoxide. He also took a quick look at our water heater. Steve did not charge us anything. Thanks Steve! We will definitely use you in the future for our plumbing and heating needs.

I called Sargent's because of a problem with my ""frozen"" thermostat. Even though it was two days before Thanksgiving he came out before the end of the day and fixed my problem immediately. The price was just as he quoted and I was more than satisfied. I would use him again without any hesitation.

Steve was on time, helpful and knowledgeable. He went over the repairs needed and explained everything in detail. He even took me up to the attic to check out the venting system. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend his services!

I had Sargent's plumbing a winter or two ago fix a heater for my sister. I found about the problem in the afternoon. They sent someone out and found a few issues. They needed parts to fix it. By this time it was getting late in the day. They drove to the supply house in San Luis Obispo and got the parts and fixed the heater that evening. They didn't want her to be without a heater that night as tempretures were getting pretty low. The heater was fixed and it has been running fine ever since. I felt the price was very reasonable.

After that I had them back to fixe a leak.

I thought I wrote a review then, but I guess I forgot. I was looking up their number to have them come to my house to do a maintenance on my water heater when Yelp came up I noticed I didn't have a review for them.

I needed two faucets replaced and a third one checked to see if it had been installed correctly. Louie installed everything perfectly, discovered the third faucet had a part installed backwards and was missing another part and fixed it also. He was careful and meticulous and did a great job of caulking and cleaning up afterwards. He wasn't fast but I didn't care because he did a great job. I highly recommend Sargent's Plumbing and will use them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

it was sunday late afternoon awhile ago. i found a broken pipe connected to the water heather with a pretty big leak. we tried to call some ""emergency plumbers "" but was sunday. really????
i imagine on sunday there is not emergency.
then we found Sargent. the gentleman came over in 1/2 hour. he worked til late and get everyhting fixed and under warranty. price was fair. professional , polite and clean .
unfortunately just recently i had another emergency , but different problem. of course i called again Sargent. Steve the owner came over to check the situation. wasn t easy.
but they found the problem and took care . i will call them again and again if i need a plumber.
i highly recommend this company.

We couldn't have been happier with Sargent's Plumbing and Heating. Kitchen sink was backed up and we tried to multiple methods to clear the pipes. Called Steve early in the morning and he had Louis on the job. It was a difficult and messy job to bring the pipes up to speed. Louis stayed the entire day and was joined by two other service crew members the last couple hours. They would not leave until the job was done. They also left the kitchen spotless, which included applying antibacterial cleaner along the entire cabinet area and taking away any trash and materials used for the job. After seeing how hard he worked with no complaint and always courteous, I knew we made the right decision to call Sargent's. When I received the bill, I was shocked by how reasonable it was for the amount of labor involved. I would not hesitate to recommend Sargent's to friends and family!
