They recently replaced our water heater. After a month, the pilot would not stay lit, so we called them. They were right on it - returning our calls, showing up promptly and when they promised. You can really tell a good company by how well they deal with problems, so this place gets five stars for that. Thanks!

BEWARE! WARNING! 1* = F for failure!
From my experience with this company, stay far, far away if you are a senior female. I was totally played and taken advantage of. I also found out later I was over charged (as in almost double what it should have cost). The job performed by Louie was a total failure...amateur, cockeyed, sloppy, and leaked. Since the job was in the garage, tried to ignore the looks of his work. But did have him come back the next day to fix the leaks. Told to wait again hour and half after he left to turn water back on, it is now leaking worse than before! Totally frustrated and upset, called another local plumber. They completely tore out what Sargent's did and did the job correctly, professionally, and looks beautiful!!!

In conclusion, do not waste your money, time, water, and frustrations with Sargent's. For a competent and professional plumber, call JUSTIN JACKSON'S PLUMBING SERVICE.

I was impressed on how prompt and professional Steve was when he came out to service our heating unit. He arrived to fix our unit within 2 hours of our call from Arroyo Grande. I called Steve because my heater went out. I called him at 2:01, he was here by 2:13. He had the part in his truck and my heater was fixed and running by 2:21! Amazing service. I will be hiring him for future plumbing needs! I've hired countless plumbers during our home renovations and they've all messed up and been expensive. Steve was very fairly priced and knew his stuff!

Honest. Prompt. Efficient.
I called & spoke w Steve- told him about a mysterious leak that showed up in my garage ceiling. Within 3 hours, Steve sent out one of his crew, Troy, who found the problem immediately and diagnosed it as a leaky toilet & seal; had it fixed within the hour. Troy was polite, clean, and very capable. Re-checked his work twice to be sure it was buttoned-up properly.
Sargent's is my new ""go-to"" plumber.

Sargent's Plumbing and Heating is truly exceptional. They have been wonderful about coming immediately whenever there has been an urgent issue. Steve is the most outstanding businessman I've ever worked with. He and his sons are absolutely terrific people and very skilled at what they do.They have fixed multiple things in the home I purchased last year and installed a new furnace. They make sure the job is done right and everything is clean. They often take time to fix unrelated things that I hadn't even noticed needed doing. My daughter has used them for years and I'm so happy she recommended them to me. They are my go-to
people for all things plumbing and heating. Even my pets consider them family.

This is a follow up to my post from a few weeks ago. Steve, Louie and Troy are amazing. After a flood caused by a broken water pipe, Louis and Troy worked hard to re-plumb the entire house. Louie and Troy worked late several nights to help get the water back on, and get us back into our house. The guys worked through the heat wave that we had. Troy spent hours in the attic, running new water lines. They were neat, and spent extra time at the end of each day to clean up the work areas. Steve, Louie and Troy are a pleasure to work with. Steve worked closely with the contractor who will be doing the repairs caused by the leak, and with the insurance company on the claim.

I called several other businesses related to air conditioning fan not working.One of them
never called me back...after calling twice...other one too busy. After speaking to Steve on
phone personally....he came next morning...knew exactly what needed to be done..had the part
in his truck and fixed the issued promptly. Great service...even reminded me to replace 2 of my A/C filters and wore coverings on his shoes so as not to mess up my floors(without telling
