Beware. I wish i could put no stars but that is not an option. The guy (Frank) came over quickly but without a mask. I asked if he had a mask and he said no. Then he said let me see if my coworker left a mask. He went to his van and put on his coworkers mask. I had to ask that he cover his nose too. He said something about no one else asks him to put on a mask. He came in and I tried to explain to him what I had done and the issue he didn't seem interested. I had already opened up several things to make it easier for him.
He looked all over and tested a few things and then stuck his snake into the drain and got it unplugged momentarily. He breifly retested it and said ""OK you can put all this back together while I go write your invoice"". I was amazed that he couldn't be bothered to put things back together. He asked me if I was quoted $200, I said ""yes"" and he seemed surprised.
The drain started to run slow the very next day and I called Steve, the owner and tried to tell him that $200 was too much for the job ... he interrupted me and told me that was the price and he hung up on me before I could tell him there was still a plugged drain.
I tried to contact him again but he refused to return to fix the job or return my money. I was able to contact my plumber of choice and he fixed it correctly. I learned my lesson, don't look for a plumber that can come out right away, there maybe a reason they are not busy.

In March Sargent's attempted to repair our heater for several hours, it was finally determined we needed a new one. Then COVID! After three months we make contact again and in two weeks (our schedule not his) a new one is installed. Sargent's worked with our schedule and making arrangements for installation.

The crew was here for 3.5 hours and worked constantly and so professional. They were considerate of our space, prompt, very efficient, knowledgeable, and understood exactly what we needed. We will contact them again for any of our home needs!

I called Steve at 11:00 am. He pulled over to take my call. He had Frank at my house to take care of my pluming problem by 12:30 pm the same day. Issue was fixed. They even did one extra job I hadn't even called them for.
Top notch. Very professional and reasonably priced.

I can not say enough about Sargent's Plumbing & Heating. They came out when I was at the end of my rope. I had a very baad experience the day before with the Plumbers from hell who left me, still with my pipes clogged and mud and sludge tracked all over my carpets. Long story short, Troy Cruz from Sargent's came out and in record time got everything flowing properly. And charged me much less, on a Saturday, than the previous plumber had charged me on a Friday, and he got the job done! Also, did you know that good plumbers put little booties over their shoes to keep from tracking up your floors? Call Sargent's if you want the job done right.

I agree with the comments about wasting your time and charging $125 to come out to tell you what he thinks the problem is. Let's say he goes out to 5 potential clients a day at $125 per call, that's $625 a day, but he does not like to get dirty. So if he works 4 days a week and charges $125 for nothing, he makes $2500 a week. Great gig if you can get it. The owner of Sargent's will arrogantly tell you what the issue is, but would need to get a part. Will come back a couple of days later to tell you that what he thought was the issue is something else entirely. Per his stated area of expertise ""been doing furnaces for years,"" I would say that he has SUPPOSEDLY, with supposedly being the key word. Terrible experience.

After paying $7800 for a brand new A/C unit and installation, we have had nothing but problems: leaks from poor pipe joints, a burnt out computer board, repairs that break over and over, technicians that are not able to properly fix the issue, etc. Despite being patient and hoping that Sargents would get our unit up and running fitfully, our A/C unit has not worked more than a few days at a time. Realizing that working with Sergeants Plumbing was in vain and they were too ineffectual, we had to call in another A/C company to deal with the problems. After paying the new A/C company $489.00 to diagnose why our unit was still not working, they detected at least 6 leaks in the ""brand new"" line that Sargeants plumbing newly installed. It will now cost us an additional $1654 to have all new lines installed and more refrigerant added to the unit. (We were told by the experienced technician that a new A/C unit's plumbing should last a lifetime and that the expensive refrigerant -that we had to have replaced after only a small amount of usage- should last years.) Clearly Sergeants work was substandard.

We called Steve Sargent, owner, to ask for reimbursement of some of this exorbitant extra cost that is due to his company's poor workmanship. His response was that he was sorry and that he would've repaired the problems for free. Although in almost any other instance I would've appreciated the offer; in this case one would have to be an idiot to have such incompetents return to ""repair"", once again, all of the mistakes they made. We were told by the experienced A/C tech that the plumbing should last a lifetime and that the expensive refrigerant -that we had to have replaced twice after only a small amount of usage- should last years. Clearly Sergeants work was substandard.

At this point in life we had decided to splurge to help us relax and tolerate long, hot days; instead, we have had unending aggravation and total annoyance with this unprofessional and unknowledgeable man.

Called to ask for help to service my broken AC in the afternoon, he quickly replied NO and said he could come in the morning but not in the afternoon, because he didn't want to waist his whole day. So rude!!!! I would have been flexible to have him come another day but not with that attitude.

These guys are so kind! After fixing the plumbing, they spent a long time getting my sprinkler system to work...and then took the time to explain the plumbing set up in my house. Wonderful people...will use again and again.

I Called Steve At 810 am and ask if someone could come out and look at my Heating Unit, he advised that he could come within the hour. He arrived at 8:30am, diagnosed the problem,repaired it and only charged a Diagnostic fee. If i need any heating or plumbing work i will absolutely call Sargent's

These guys came an hour and a half before the projected time, were very professional, and friendly. Tommy and Troy were wonderful and got the job done in a timely manner and the fees were as quoted. Thank you Sargent's Plumbing.
