Having owned a hotshot delivery service, I place a lot of emphasis on promptness. You should get a call when they are behind schedule.

After seeing Sarge Irrigation doing maintenance to the irrigation system at a neighbor's yard that had grass that was healthy, beautiful, and looked like a carpet, we gave Sarge a call next time our irrigation system needed work. Mike and his crew did an awesome job at a reasonable cost. Not only were the heads fixed that needed maintenance, but Mike recommended changes to the system that would give us better performance. It wasn't an upsell and there was no pressure to do the additional work. As an engineer, I understood the rationale for the changes that had been clearly communicated. The results exceeded our expectations. We have continued to use Sarge Irrigation for the past few years and have never been disappointed. Mike is courteous, professional, and does excellent work. Most recently we had an elbow fitting break that caused a pressure drop over an entire zone. In just a few minutes, the fitting was replaced and the zone was working perfectly. The cost for the visit was less than expected. Mike also made timing adjustments with a clear explanation of the changes that were made. This was above and beyond the work that had already been completed with its invoice paid. Speaks to Mike's character. Sure, he's running a business, but he clearly takes pride in the work his team does. Pictures have been included to speak to the quality of their work.
