This company is a contractor for American home sheiks home warranty. They lack in customer service if you can even call it that but also, it's been 2 weeks and our water heater has yet to be fixed.

This company is a contractor for American home Shield. Don't ever use them for plumbing work this is the second plumber that I've called out that refused to do any work to fix the leak because the pipe was not exposed so that all they had to do was fix the leak. they want you to clear everything out of the way Cut open the wall remove insulation so they can get to the pipes they will not do any of that and they charge you. He refused to fix it because he did not want to get wet. I lost a half days work. I refused to pay the $75.00 trip charge as I now need the money to fix it myself. AHS is trying to charge me for this company's service fee. I told AHS that they did nothing, and if they expected me to pay the service fee, they can cancel my AHS warranty! I was transferred to the retention department and the fee was waived, and the next service fee was waived also. I did not cancel AHS, and was told that they will not use SAP anymore.

My home warranty sent this company out when my hot water heater quit working. I called Friday, they came out Monday. The guy said it needed a part and they would need to order it. Over the next two weeks the only contact I had with them was when I called. They couldn't even tell me if the part had been ordered. When I called 10 days after the original visit, they said the part was in but couldn't send anyone out until Saturday. Saturday morning I had a friend stay at my house since I had to be gone. After 2 hours she called to say they had not come. When I called to ask why, they said a technician had been given the job who didn't know how to do it. They reassigned someone for Monday, 2 weeks after the first visit. Finally it was fixed on Monday. A simple part that another plumber said he could do the same day he came out. 18 days with no hot water. Unbelievable. I cancelled the home warranty and will never use this company again.

Worst Customer Service ever!
Was assigned through American Home Shield. First, they take forever to call you and schedule a visit. When the guy finally showed up, he said they needed to order a part and will be back within 4 days. I waited 2 weeks and there was no update. I called numerous times, left numerous voice messages, but no one ever returned my call. I had to go through AHS again to request a new visit. Guess what, they didn't call either. After several attempts, I managed to get them to schedule someone to come the following week.
If you wanna deal with this company, be prepared to deal with bad customer service and a huge disappointment!

Seriously disappointed with the customer service provided by office representatives (Jessica and Melissa). I also left a voicemail for mgmt. (Carol) and never heard back regarding my numerous failed attempts to reschedule a water heater install. This review is not inclusive of the techs that were sent on two occasions, which were very professional.

Unfortunately the techs were unable to replace my water heater upon the 2nd visit since the tech sent to diagnose the problem during the initial visit forgot to disclose the need for a platform to be built in the attic prior to replacement work. I paid to have the walkway platform built that next morning and notified the company reps above by phone and email on numerous (5+) occasions to reschedule and never heard back. I was promised a call back on various occasions and nothing.

I'm shocked that the company would expose themselves to my water heater completely failing and causing damage here. I treated the company very professionally by phone and in writing and got no where. I even had to dispute the charge for the water heater with my bank, as Jessica never processed a refund as indicated to me and the supervising tech during their 2nd visit.

Do not ever call this company...it's been a month since I placed a request through American Home Shield and they needed to order a part. It came at the end of July and I informed them... several times, believe me! Well, it's September 16 and I am still waiting to hear from them. I believe they make up stuff and they lie to you. Unfortunately when I called AHS they pretty much told me I had to call them again because all they could do was make a recall. I am about to hire somebody to install the part I've had since July!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! DON'T USE THEM. My upstairs toilet leaked overnight and water seeped into my downstairs closet. I placed a service request at 2:00am. Almost 8 hours later they still had not contacted me, so I contacted them. VERY RUDE receptionist Angelica put me on hold for 15 min then bit my head off & said I just placed my request and will have to wait! Keep in mind, I explained the urgency and details of my leaky toilet, but she did not care. I asked to speak with manager and received every excuse that she was busy, in a meeting, etc. 2 hours later I still had not heard from them and asked for manager. Courtney, the (so-called) manager finally took my call and I explained (again) the urgency of the situation, but she was just as RUDE and UNHELPFUL as Angelica. Courtney put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me!!!! This is the WORTHLESS COMPANY my home warranty company referred me to. An hour later Courtney calls me, with complete amnesia of hanging up on me after placing me on hold 20 minutes and decides to cancel my service request. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY!!!! If you want horrible service, this is your company. Keep in mind, they NEVER PLACED A SERVICE REQUEST. IF THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE FRONT END OPERATION, HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM TO HANDLE THE BACK IN OF THE ACTUAL SERVICE??? RIDICULOUS. My warranty company promptly placed with another, this time, reputable company who handled my leaky toilet with professionalism and expertise. My home warranty company removed SAP from ever being an option for service in the future.

Our hot water heater busted on Friday afternoon, Sept. 1st. Contacted American Home Shield by email and received confirmation. Four days later SAP technician came and stated the obvious (water heater needed replacement). Also added that pipe modifications were needed at a cost of $487 that AHS will not cover.
To date, Sept. 7th. I have not been contacted by SAP for installation appointment and will be lucky if I hear from them on Monday! 11 days after the first report to AHS.
Also, had a licensed plumber stop by and state that the pipes going in and out of the house and to water heater do not need to be replaced!!!
I will be cancelling American Home Shield promptly after the work is
completed and calling the President of SAP Home Repairs !!

Hope this never happens to you..consider yourself warned !!!

I was assigned this company through my home warranty. Initially, some half-awake girl called me to set up an appointment. She specifically stressed that I was the FIRST appt. of the day and the technician would arrive by 8 or earlier. I planned accordingly. Of course, at the appt. time I received a text stating the arrival time would be between 8-10. When I called the number provided, the actual plumber "Sean" 832-836-6272 answered the call. I explained to him the confusion, and understood that he was not to blame, but I needed to reschedule with dispatch. He also informed me that I'd not likely reach dispatch as they never answer their calls. He then became verbally abusive. I listened stunned as he continued, and then just hung up.

The worst...I hired SAP for a remediation following the flood. I should have run the other way when the manager, JT, told me that his previous job was as a used car salesman because that is the exactly the service I received. All promises that turned out to be nothing but lies. The SAP crew showed up without proper tools so I went to Home Depot and purchased some tools for them and was told by JT that I would be reimbursed. I have yet to see a reimbursement. Multiple light fixtures that were not damaged in the flood went missing. A window was broken by one of the crew members and never paid for as JT told me it would be. This company is a joke. Stay away at all costs and if you do have them provide any service don't believe a word the liars JT (manger) or Scott (owner) tell you.
