RUN...Shady People!!!
ZERO STARS. Like many others they were sent out by AHS. I had to wait 4 days to get them to look at my leaking water heater. They came and told me I'd hear from AHS within 30 min. 3 days later I called and apparently they never sent in their diagnostics (like others have mentioned). Then they told me I'd have to pay $1000 out of pocket to get it fixed, I started asking for details. They told me we were paying for them to convert to a gas water heater. Well I don't have gas on my property. After calling AHS, who also reached out to them, I had to again ask for details of their charges. When they finally sent me the charges, they dropped them to $488 for me and what they told AHS was $533 - they sent us different detailed charges. It's been over a week, and my water heater is still leaking into the garage. These people are shady, and I will probably drop AHS since this is who they send out. I've spent hours of my time trying to explain my situation to service people in India who could care less if these people are shady.

Like many others on here, AHS sent SAP Home Repair to repair my broken shower handle. They ordered a part, which took at least a week to arrive. When they came to repair the broken handle, they couldn't and said the needed to order another part. After a week and a half the wrong part arrived at my door. It's been almost two months since my shower first broke, and SAP still hasn't fixed it. It is not worth using your home warranty if they send this company out. I would rather pay a reputable plumber their going rate than ever use this company again.

Horrible company! Stay away. Unprofessional and untimely. Zero stars!!! If AHS refers them ask for a different provider. Nothing but headaches from these people.

No stars!!
SAP is the Worst company in the business. These folks were supposed to have been sent by American Shield Insurance for plumbing issues with our toilet. 5 days later and they never contacted us or came out even though our insurance charged us $100 for services not rendered. Had to get the insurance to cancel trying to get them sent out.
We went with The Lindsay Company instead who contacted us within minutes and arrived the next day to fix our plumbing issue.

Shysters and liars. They show up for initial call. Take the service fee and NEVER come back. AHS sent them to our place to fix hot water heater. Took 3 1/2 days to come, WH in worse shape when they left. Over a week with no hot water. Lying to AHS, refusing to schedule, making up excuses for not returning. HORRIBLE business and HORRIBLE people.
WHY ARE THEY STILL A GO TO CONTRACTOR FOR AMERICAN HOME SHIELD?? READ THE REVIEWS !!
THEY ARE DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT

This contractor was sent by AHS, if you use them you will be angry and disappointed. They lie, don't return calls, lie about when parts we're ordered, if they we're ever ordered. My water heater stopped working 12/19/18, they showed up 12/21/18. That was the earliest available. It's now January 8th, still have not returned and I still don't have hot water. AHS has failed as well, I've had to call AHS everyday and stay on hold in excess of 45min to get some resolution. 3 weeks no hot water. Yes there were holidays in this time frame but SAP will no longer respond to me or AHS. After escalating with AHS and reaching the final resolution desk, this company never reported a diagnosis to AHS which leads me to believe that they never placed an order for the part. Anyway, don't use this company for anything.

RUN RUN RUN RUN as far and as fast as you can from this company and these people, especially if you are using your home warranty. Sent to me by AHS home warranty for hot water heater repair. Showed up first day, said needed part, and the never showed up again, and never would call me back. Only communication was when I called them and waited on hold for at least an hour. NT who claimed to be owner flat out said if I had called him direct would have had it fixed already, but was telling AHS could not find a part. Which is it JT. Which lie today. Finally after 12 days of no hot water AHS sent another company (IGD Plumbing) who got part and had it fixed in couple of days. Appears SAP's game is show up one time get the fee from home warranty company and never show up again. What a bunch of crooks and liars in my opinion and based on this experience.

We were assigned this company by our home warranty company. After a week and a half, excuses and lies, they finally showed up ready to repair our hot water heater. They have to be paid up front because many home owners do not pay them after services rendered (I wonder why). After writing them a large check, they realized they did not have the tools to do the job. Then they stated they would order them. Found out a couple of days later, they did not order them. They said I may have to change the pipes in my house. My house is built by highland homes, and is 11 years old. SAP showed nothing but excuses, lies, no return calls, late and canceled appointments. I finally had my warranty company change plumbing companies, thank you! SAP is inexperienced, and possesses no knowledge, tools, or basic communication skills to stay in business. What a bunch of donkeys!
