As a property manager in the Mountain View downtown neighborhood where most buildings were built in the early 1950's, I often had to battle with different types of difficult plumbing issues.

My constant struggle finally became history after I met Santos when he was hired by the general contractor to take care of all the plumbing works of a brand new construction in my neighborhood. I was extremely fortunate to have him agree to help me. Through working with him, I found that not only he has the skill but he is honest and does not hesitate to explain his work.

Santos plumbed our kitchen and bathroom remodel from scratch, including the removal and re-routing of a sixty year old, two story, 4"" cast iron vent pipe. All his work is meticulous, all his communications are timely and informative, and he and his team are courteous and delightful to work with.

His five stars are well deserved and if he has limited reviews I suspect it is because he is in high demand with contractors and builders who are reluctant to promote competition from us ""residents"".

If you can get him, grab him. You won't regret it.

Santos Plumbing handled all the plumbing for my kitchen remodel in 2019 including a gas connection for the range. He was recommended by the contractor. I was immediately impressed with his organization and how cleanly he worked. His plumbing work was so beautifully executed that we a bit sad to hide it behind sheetrock. His work is fairly priced given the high quality. He will be my go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommended.

Santos did a great job of fixing the shower faucet in our guest bathroom. He visited our house is the morning, identified the problem quickly and shared the quote. We then asked him to come back the same day in the afternoon and fix the issue. He got multiple replacement faucet just to make sure he could try more than one of them. He asked me to go to home depot and buy a shower handle because that one was broken too. He fixed the shower faucet and shower handle in the same quote. He communicated well throughout the couple hours of the job about what was going on and made sure the job was done smoothly and cleanly.

Replaced the main water connection from the house to the meter. Absolutely fantastic work for a reasonable price. They took pictures and texted them to me every step of the way. When I came in from work I looked where they had done the work and couldn't hardly tell they had been here. They took such care not to damage the lawn and plants in the flower beds out front, I was absolutely blown away. Santos will be our go to plumber for anything we ever need again. If you are looking for one you can stop, this is guy you want to call.
