Worst experience ever I had an open hole were it was Undug to see what's wrong then when he got there charged 1,485.00
to fix the leak I had no way to not have him fix it because of liability . This was at my rental property
It took almost 2 houtrs from the time he got there to him leaving

So we called Nate at +/- 6:00pm he stated that he just got to another emergency call so he could not be here before 8:00pm. True to his word he drove in at 8:06pm. Check mark for punctuality! Love honesty about arrival time. Once he was here he was very professional but ALSO FRIENDLY easy to talk too. Handled our job like a pro (which he is very much so!) bottom line very happy with his service so much so that we got him scheduled for Monday for another issue that I Do Not Want to tackle my self!! Nate Santos came to look at my shower heads. He gave me great advice on what I should do. One of my shower heads has a hole in back of it. Nate gave me some foam to fill it in for free. He was a gentleman, and a nice guy. I highly recommend Santos Bros Plumbing.
