I needed to replace two toilets in my parent's condo. I expected to schedule the work a week in advance but to my surprise they were available same day to complete the job.

Truly a family business as the owner's son, Dave, did the job. They were onsite within a couple hours and done by noon. Prices were fair. Service was outstanding and very professional.

Called Dave with a problem with my well pump. He explained that it was a simple fix and walked me through it on the phone. Sure enough it was. Another plumber could've easily taken advantage of the situation. I appreciate his honesty and will trust him with future issues.

I had a leak going into the basement of my house and like every other home owner, I was trying to find a good reliable plumber. I called about 6 plumbers and I couldn't get a single one to come out to my house. I called Dave in the morning he came to my place later that afternoon to see what was going on. We scheduled for him to come back and got it taken care of no problem! His help, Jason (I believe that was his name) was a really nice kid too. Overall a great experience in such short notice! Highly recommended!

had these guys come out this past winter for a couple broken pipes common plumbing issue. they proceeded to ruin my home. ripped walls down without repairing them, chipped my beautiful hardwood floors. the boss and workers were arguing and swearing as my 6yr old daughter was around listening. would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. they have terrible customer service skills. and were late arriving at my home. also to make matters worse the issue they said they resolved needed repairs a week and a half later. DO NOT HIRE.

Be sure to get other prices. I was charged $850 for 3.25 hrs. of work - One licensed plumber and one apprentice. The plumbing problem was fixed but felt I was overcharged. The owner refused to give me a rebate. The $850 was a verbal estimate not a written quote and it included materials. It was $250 less than initial verbal estimate due to change in approach to the problem. It was my mistake not to ask for estimated hours of work and material costs in writing.
