Josh and his guys are amazing at what they do! Reliable, affordable, professional, and super friendly. We experienced some plumbing nightmares when a pipe in our house developed a pinhole leak not once, but twice, four feet and a month apart. Despite the stressful situation, it was completely reassuring to be in such capable hands. They came quickly and repaired the pipe the first time and ultimately helped us re-pipe part of the house after the second leak to avoid future problems. They're knowledge and guidance was very much appreciated. We can't recommend Santor Plumbing enough!

We have a tankless water heater in a five year old house but the tank is somehow 10 years old based on the manufactured date. The warranty has run out based on the usage. We got an error code 11 and no hot water. Santor plumbing was available the same day and Michael came out to do the repair. He specializes in tankless water heaters for over a decade. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it by cleaning the burner. He even descaled free of charge which normally runs about $200. Competitive pricing, knowledge, and honest. Definitely will be using Santor Plumbing again.

Was referred to Santor plumbing from my neighbor after one of my investment properties had a huge issue at. The first plumber on site wanted to rip out a brand new bathroom to fix it.

I'm just echoing what other reviewers have said, but my experience with Josh and his crew was excellent.

I had a complex situation - removing two old tank water heaters, installing a new tankless in a different location (outdoors), replumbing across a long house to connect two plumbing 'branches', etc.

Josh was very helpful in coming up with an appropriate solution, answered all of my many questions, gave me a very reasonable bid, and delivered exactly what he promised.

Special props to Michael who did the majority of the work and who spent many uncomfortable hours in our hot, cramped attic - friendly, professional, and conscientious.

These guys clearly take pride in their work and it shows - highly recommended!!

Michael and Josh are amazing! I am doing a lot of home renovations and needed plumber and gas services periodically throughout. They are fast and efficient, and show up on time. Michael identified issues with a my new sinks not being caulked appropriately by the countertop installers and fixed those things too. I cannot say enough about the friendly and efficient service. Understand I have used Josh for YEARS!! I would NEVER EVER trust or allow anyone else in my
House to fix my plumbing.

This time he replaced brand new faucets and the valves under the sinks (2) in my master bathroom. They look AMAZING, MODERN, NEW and BEAUTIFUL!
