They were extremely accommodating and had a professional come to our house first thing in the morning. Josh and his guys are amazing at what they do! Reliable, affordable, professional, and super friendly. We experienced some plumbing nightmares when a pipe in our house developed a pinhole leak not once, but twice, four feet and a month apart. Despite the stressful situation, it was completely reassuring to be in such capable hands. They came quickly and repaired the pipe the first time and ultimately helped us re-pipe part of the house after the second leak to avoid future problems. We have a tankless water heater in a five year old house but the tank is somehow 10 years old based on the manufactured date. The warranty has run out based on the usage. We got an error code 11 and no hot water. Santor plumbing was available the same day and Michael came out to do the repair. He specializes in tankless water heaters for over a decade. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it by cleaning the burner. He even descaled free of charge which normally runs about $200. Competitive pricing, knowledge, and honest. Definitely will be using Santor Plumbing again.
