We wanted to upgrade the a/c, air handler and furnace, and make it all dual fuel. Todd came by, took a look and understood exactly what we wanted. He's detail oriented, knowledgeable and an all-around great guy; absolutely trustworthy. The work was on time, on target and as quoted. The company was responsive and answered questions within a reasonable timeframe.
We now have a gas furnace, heat pump + a/c and a thermostat that deals with it all very nicely, switching from heat pump to gas at set temps to deal with the area weather.
All other staff at Santon were very nice to work with, and the two times I visited the office they all wore smiles as well.
From my perspective, if they continue to set high expectations they're going to need to hire more people to remain consistent - which is not always easy.

This morning when I woke up I went about my day as normal, shower, coffee, hair, makeup, and right as I was about to leave my house I went into my kitchen and noticed water POURING from the ceiling. As a brand new home-owner (only three months in) I immediately panicked and called my home owners association emergency phone number. The contact person came out, told me my home (one year and one month old) is no longer under warranty and to ""Call a plumber"". This is where my search began with water pouring out of my ceiling and my makeup running down my face, thinking I just walked into a 10K problem. I started calling around for local plumbers. About fifteen calls in my boss recommended Nick Nowak to me. I called him and to my SHOCK he answered his phone! I told him the situation briefly and he told me ""he is there to help"", and that no matter what he had to do he would fit me in today. I was SO relieved, I later came to found out he was installing a custom shower system when I called him, which is extremely intricate and delicate work. He called me when he was finished to let me know he was on his way and I felt immediate relief that someone was coming to help. When he arrived he greeted me with a big smile and again said ""I am here to help!"". It felt so good to hear those words feeling so absolutely useless and powerless in this situation. As soon as he came in he examined my first floor where the water (which I had cleaned up by that point) had come down, the ceiling area, then moved up to the master bathroom (which was where the issue originated). He quickly identified the issue and it was fixed in FIVE MINUTES! He ran the water in the master bathroom for about fifteen minutes, then proceeded to also flush the toilet, etc. (just for sure measure), and let me know the issue was fixed! Just like that, no more water coming out of my ceiling. Nick explained exactly what happened through some online photos so that when I needed to explain it to someone else, I could do so. He also helped me point out my main water shut off, and gave me some very helpful tips and pointers on how to best deal with plumbing issues in the home over the winter. I started calling plumbers at 9 a.m today, not only was Nick the ONLY one to answer my call, to this minute (7 pm not one of the emergency companies I called has even returned my phone call)! If you are in need of a plumber, PLEASE call Nick. He is absolutely THE BEST, he is kind, caring, an AMAZING efficient person, and plumber. I cannot recommend him enough for ALL your plumbing needs. Since I just purchased my home, I will be here for some time, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that whenever I have a plumbing issue I will call Nick right away and I cannot encourage ya'll enough to do the same.

Needed a leak fixed on a Sunday. They were there within an hour, had the leak fixed and were very professional. Highly recommend!

These guys installed the heating system in my new construction home and refuse to even call me back when it stopped working after only 18 months. I had to call another company and pay them just so that I could have the heat turned back on in my house for my family, with 2 small children. The company that came out said that the system was not originally installed correctly. Santon still refuses to call me back and actually refers me to another plumber as they will not service their work that is more than 1 year old. I'm not looking for anything free, but would at least like the guys who installed and are familiar with the system to see if there is an easy fix for it. As of now, would not recommend and STAY AWAY as they clearly do not stand by their work

They took a long time to get back to me about a problem that I had when they put in a garbage disposal. There is no direct line to speak with a plumber, they have some sort of admin who just takes your name and number. I had to call 3 times to actually speak with someone.
