***Revised***Terrible service and work. Had them install a brand new toilet just over two years ago and it appears that the wax ring has already gone out. Leaking from the base. I used them once before for another job where the work was fine but terrible attitude by the technician or plumber. He clearly did not want to be there. Never again.

***edit: I had another plumber come out and the issue was unrelated to the work Santhoff had done. As a result, I have updated my rating. However, based on Santhoff's response to my original rating we clearly have a difference of opinion about backing up your work. Had this been handled differently, Santhoff would have retained a customer who has had 3 separate jobs with them. I won't be using them again.

An upstairs shower drain clogged and leaked onto the floor below. Adhor arrived within a few hours and did an excellent job at a fair price.

I've used this plumbing company before at a rental house, they did the work pretty well. I was a little annoyed that they didn't finish up some details in the back yard but I overlooked that.
So when we had the freeze , we called them again. We weren't sure what was going on, one sink would not drain. The plumber came out, when we declined a whole house camera pipe test, he ran a wire about 4 feet into the drain, pulled it out, said there was dirt in the pipe, it had collapsed took $350, and left. Husband ran a smaller version of the wire machine the next day-turned out to be coffee grounds and he was able to free up the clog. Contacted the owner, he backed up the plumber and wouldn't refund the $300. ($50. was the service call)

Money Hungry company. They came out to fix my sink due to the drain being backed up. A few hours after they left, I noticed it still wasn't working properly. I called them back and they wanted to charge me another $170 to come and take a look at it on top of the previous $300 I already paid. Nasty Money Hungry company. Do not allow them in your home.

Terrible service..if I can I want to give 0 star ... I called them to quote for the gas lamp.. they said to charge $52 for the trip then they look at if they can fix or not.. when they came to look at the gas lamp, they said to fix $169/hour to make it work . Y i saw them to work very slow.. at the end, they sayid they can't fix at all because the gas lamp doesn't work . so they charged me $203 for nothing!!!! Never call this company again !!!! anyone call this company to make sure they can repair or not .. if not they will charge u every hours!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guys are like angels. If I could give them 10 stars I would! During Houston flooding this guys were out there helping people and risking themselves to serve. My car got stuck in the mud because of the flooding and they stopped and helped my fiancée to get my car out. When I say this guys don't mind getting their hands dirty to get the job done and help... I mean it. We need more people like them.

We have used Santhoff Plumbing for many years and each experience has been very positive. In particular, I had a sudden pipe leak yesterday and called the emergency line. Manual stopped by in 15 minutes or less to help locate the source of the leak and shut the water down to that source. He was between calls, but he prevented us from having much more water damage than we did! Great work and great customer service! Thank you all.
