This company was hired to pump septic tank and do an inspection for escrow. They came out when they were supposed to and called to get payment when done, but any further help with their report as to why the tank needed to be replaced, they would not offer. We called and emailed SEVERAL times to ask for the owner or technician who went out to call us to explain his findings and why he felt the need for the tank to be replaced. Days later and still no response! Martha and Chris who answered the phone just say the tech is in the field. Very poor customer service, no follow up.

We had an emergency overflow and called Santana. Francisco came to our house on time and was very professional with over and above excellent service. My husband is a general contractor and very fussy and when he told me how great the service was on a scale of 1-10 he rated this company a 25. What more can be said? I highly recommend this company.

Got our septic tank pumped the same day for a good rate. We already had digged the opening out before they came but when they came they saw we had 2 septic tanks and they pumped both and dug the other for no additional charge. These guys are great!

Ted Finigan had septic pumped and was not told tenants had flushed baby wipes down drain. I was never told about the investigation. Tried to rip me off with a 15'000 job for bad plumbing by tenants flushing chemicals and baby items. Avoid like the plague. Beware.

be very careful of the bait and switch!! the earlier post about septic service is true!!! they offer one price on the phone and then hold you up when they arrive. we used them last year, they charged an arm and a leg and they must have not pumped the septic properly as it is full again! many other more reputable choices around.

It can be scary hiring a plumber in a new town. But we were very pleased with the service we got from Santana's. Their plumber, Rusino arrived exactly when they said he would. He was efficient and careful to keep our kitchen clean. In about 90 minutes he cleared out a plugged drain, replaced a pipe I had broken and another that had been leaking since we bought the place and corrected a couple of other problems we had asked about. The work cost much less than we thought it might and he left our sink in better shape than it had been before the problem. A broken pipe is no fun, but we agreed that the repair was actually a positive experience. We would highly recommend him. Rusino left the kitchen floor very clean. Very happy with the service. We will use it again. I posted the picture below of his work!
