I have called Santana's three time, the first time they tried to over charge me to snake a pipe, I was able to get them to reduce the charge as it only took approx. 30 minutes.
The next two times I called them for a pipe blockage in another house and a toilet installation. We paid $755.00 and the line is till not fixed... they ran a camera and I was told that the video was not worth anything to me. Both times I was not given a warranty. They basically snaked it both times... only a temporary fix. I am not happy with the over charging.
I will not call them again.

I was very happy with the guys they sent down to fix our line that was really clogged up we needed a hydroget job done and they did a great job with fixing that big issue for us. Friendly service as well didn't mind answering all my questions super honest and reliable service. Would definitely use Santana,s plumbing again.

Luis came out to install this reverse osmosis machine onto my sink for our filter system. Paid Luis cash and said office would email me a receipt. Luis kept my money and they sent me a bill. Would not recommend them to anyone. I would say use card or check; however, they are not getting anymore business from me and will pass along to the military JAG office to get them on the blocklist for approved businesses for service members cannot use.

These guys are amazing. Every time I have ever needed them they are always there same day. They fix the problem and even put my things back where I had them before they worked there. I've never known a plumbing company so thorough, so prompt, so friendly and so thoughtful. I wish I could say more, this little paragraph doesn't do them justice. But if you are looking for a great plumbing company this would be my first call. You won't need to call anyone else ever.

We required emergency services after a substantial leak while screwing in a tv mount. We were in a complete panic as the area was extremely wet, I found Santana's plumbing and they reported quickly, in fact, 30 mins. It was 7-8 pm and they repaired for less than I spend a month at Starbucks. They could have easily sensed our desperation and milked us for way more than we paid. Can't thank this team enough and highly recommend to anyone who has experienced an emergency plumbing issue or even just casual work. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

I called Santana's Plumbing this morning and told them I had a leak in my attic. They said they could get out to me that day, which was important and after I sent some pictures they gave me a estimate. I thought the estimate was a little high but said that if they could come out that day I would pay it (pretty sure a larger company would have charged me more anyways). He showed up within about 1-2 hrs after my initial call. Amazing!

The guy who came out (I assume this was Santana) was very nice and fixed the broken pipe no problem. I am happy with the work and the time it took. He charged me exactly what the estimate was which was a plus!

The only reason why i cant give 5 stars is because he accidentally put a whole in my ceiling where the dry wall had water damage. I knew i would have to fix it eventually but am disappointed that I now have to fix it right away and that he didnt make an effort to fix what he had done.

Overall I am happy with the experience and would recommend them to friends and will call again if I need help. Fast work. Decent price.

Our kitchen sink was completely and totally blocked. I saw his info on Yelp and gave Ben a call. He responded quickly and came out the following morning. Within a half hour he snaked the drain open.

Then went on to fix two minor leaks under the same sink. When he cut open the main drain line it was blocked. Ben replaced the blocked section. We are now back to normal.

I would recommend Santana Plumbing anytime.

I had an emergency with water leaking in the wall behind a bad shower valve. Used the Yelp ""free estimates"" feature to contact a bunch of plumbers at once after calling the first five and getting nowhere on a Sunday afternoon. Santana's was the first to respond and had a tech at my house in under an hour. 30 minutes later, our house is good to go. Very prompt, professional, masked and reasonably priced. BTW, they gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone before they sent their guy. If I have to use a plumber, this is the kind of experience I want to have. I'll be keeping their phone number.
